For me, it's the post-credits scene where Marvin reveals it's a Game Boy Advance SP in the briefcase before Jules and Vincent shown up at the apartment. It's so sought after because it has a light-up screen, which is a gamebreaking change in the handheld market

It's out of order because the movie is all a dream. You know how in dreams you'll be in one place but suddenly be in another place even though it doesn't make any sense? It's clear that the whole movie is someone's dream. Probably Marsellus Wallace's dream, since all the main characters somehow are connected to him, and many of the events in the movie tie back to fears such as people betraying him, him being violated, etc.

They're figments of Marsellus Wallace's imagination. They represent 2 sides of Marsellus' personality. Tavolta's character represents the flippant, God-denying, crime loving side of Marsellus, while Jackson's character represents a Marsellus that accepts God's greater plan for him, to leave his sinful, crime-ridden life. That's why these 2 characters are in possession of Marsellus' briefcase, which contains Marsellus' soul. It's a fight for his soul.
It's all a dream. It's why bad shit happens to Travolta's character while Jackson's accepts God's plan for him and he disappears from the dream unscathed. Marsellus knows his life of crime will inevitably lead to an undignified and meaningless death.
In the movie, Bruce Willis' character Butch (who possesses a gold watch he highly values and probably also represents his soul) kills Vincent, but in the end saves Marsellus from the rapists. In return, Marsellus lets Butch go even though Butch previously betrayed him. It's through this forgiveness that Marsellus begins to go down the path that Jackson's character ultimately chose.
The whole movie is just Marsellus' dream.
