They probably overlayed frames clear of anyone on the person walking but fricked up the opacity. Not sure why it would happen twice though

wait, I just noticed another person dressed in black/dark walking towards the camera in the distance, not sure if they overlayed anything then because he is pretty close to the "ghost"
