Get a chair with a high back on it so your head doesn't fold over the top and you can just lean into it. Also make sure it can recline a lot so your more likely to lay back than have your head droop forwarded. Falling asleep like that and having your chin on your chest is really not good for your neck. You could of course just go the frick to bed when your feeling that tired.
