>go watch Abigail alone
>3 other people in the entire theater
>all single men in their 30s or older...like me
probably the most embarrassing moment of my life. we all knew why we were there.

Thats too bad, i just went with my gf.

To watch a movie?
To gorge on nachos and popcorn without the wife and kids being a pain in the ass for an hour and a half.
How was it?
Did you make any new friends?
This was my experience when I went to see The Neon Demon.
My theater was around 1/4 to half full despite being the middle of the afternoon on Monday. My theater was offering discounted prices but people were cracking up through all of it, which makes sense if you've watched Ready or Not from the same director. It's a pity she's not becoming a new M3gan. At least M3gan will return, as movies say.
I was gonna go see it last night but I looked at the seating selection and there was only 1 taken so I decided not to
then I looked again after it would be 30 minutes in and it was still the one seat
hehehe
The only time I've ever been to the theatres alone was to watch Paddington 2.
Also it's not as cringe as you might think. People on business trips frequently go to cinemas alone if they're in the area.
Abigail has vampire ballerinafu fighting in it, I'd still recommend taking the gf to it to encourage gymnastic activities.
>we all knew why we were there.
I don't have scenes... yet.
trailer's close enough
I've heard it's an actually decent vampire flick, something we haven't had in a while. Might go and watch it extra comfy in an empty theater
Why were you there? Do you like modern horror slop or do you want to be a Trans Ballerina
I watched it because it promised more Melissa Barrera suffering, myself.
Nah,its not that bad. I remember watching 'Bad Days at El Royale' and being only one in the theater. I used to go with friends and gf and cousins in theater, but these days they are all bussy with Job, or just don't like the same movies ,or already seen it on laptop. So,instead of begging someone I just go and watch myself whatever I want. And nobody see me as a freak. I remember watching in a row; last Transformers with some highschool kids, then FNAF movie with literal 10 year olds, then Ballad od Songbirds and Snakes with People in late 20's/early 30's,and finally Napoleon with people 35-55. I was always there for a movie and didn't care who is sitting next to me,and never did any obscene things even if there was a hot scene. Some times a hobby is just a hobby. And I saw Abigail, again bunch of younger People, teens,Zoomers,Millenials. And nobody cared that there is a kid actresses, after all,Antman's daugter and that Latina from the last Scream movies were way hotter after all. And movie was fun as a movie, with interesting twist, action ,jokes and everything.
i went to see it last week
didn't like it
it was me and 4 fat chicks lol
Saw it with my nephew, we had fun, but it wasn't anything amazing.
>we all knew why we were there
Your brain is poisoned.
The only thing I didn't like about this vampkino was not clarifying if she was already social media huge with her dancing. You'd think she'd retreat there because of her daddy issues. Like her intro scene was part of footage prepared in advance by Lambert to keep people unaware of her lack of activity for at least a day.
Wtf are you talking about
Her first scene was dancing to a zero audience. Why would she do that when the movie showed zero people there except maybe cameras? She talked to her cell about being fine, do you think she talked to her domestic handlers or Lambert?
Saw it the other night, it was really solid until the last 15 minutes or so which dragged on and made no sense, vampires biting vampires, random characters teaming up, underwhelming character introductions, sappy endings, it just completely shit itself.
This was a better The World is a Vampire than Black Adam.
>probably the most embarrassing moment of my life. we all knew why we were there
Hell yeah for K Newt!
I'll wait for the torrent. Don't want this to be me.
the young girl is a good actress, she did well for what was a demanding role
I asked the guy in front of me if he had any tissues and he just ignored me.
Rude!
