Godzilla Soundtracks

The music in this series is incredible and gets too little appreciation from filthy casuals. Mothra basically wouldn't be shit without the music. Minus one was on point.

          The combination of visuals, music, and sound effects in this sequence is truly a work of art.

      The frigate march was a pretty conspicuous absence in minus one.

        ROM1 = Good

        ROM2 = Decent (most annoying kids of the trilogy, saved by a fantastic unique villain monster)

        ROM3 = Very Good to Near Great (best Ghidorah ever)

          >most annoying kids of the trilogy

          >ROM3 = Very Good to Near Great (best Ghidorah ever)
          I like the bit where the trex and triceratops stop fighting and both go wtf when seeing ghidorah in their time

    Ifukube skyrocketed the level of music in this series, and his successors have continued to improve to match his.

      >match his
      I feel let down by shingojira's music
      it's hit and miss, the rebuild evangelion movies had much better music

      and minus one's music is nearly non existent outside of the ifukube themes and trailer melody
