I like it, for context in latin america, koni chan was very popular, and this show has the same type of comedy, as for the dub, is a well know fact that, latino anime dubs take many libertis, to fill for jokes that make no sence in spanish, and you love it or hate it, i think it works for this show, also is not the worse case of this.

I remember ADV marketed this episode as "Too hot for TV!!" or something, not mentioning that it was never intended to be broadcast on TV and was held back as a home-video extra. Deliberately going beyond what they could have shown on TV was still pretty funny, though.

Personally I just watch horror films because practical gore is infinitely more impressive than drawings (and cartoons/comics are often bad at any gore realism)
