Gundam build fighters will always have the worst dub I have ever heard from an anime. The main characters voice actor sounds like they’re doing it at night and don’t want to wake their parents up. Shits wild. Good show tho

What's the difference?
SEA inherently has terrible dub voice direction. At least with Funimation they generally try to give an overall decent performance which is why Build Divers and Re-Rise both had better voice acting than Build Fighters and Try.

I've seen some clips of dubbed anime and they were definitely made for 3rd worlders with broken english.

Currently watching it and for some reason the torrent I grabbed defaults to the dub, so I have to change it at the beginning of every episode.
Occasionally I'm slow and hear a line or two spoken and it really does sound terrible.
Build series dubs didn't get decent actors or direction until Divers, which is a damn shame
They're halfassing it. The non english sea dub is the worst dubbing I've ever heard in my life, possibly worse than our local television. They mtl'd everything from the english sub to the local languages with zero regards to context.
Remember the "moegare, moeagare gunpla" scene in episode 2? It was "rage on" in the subs and these geniuses translated it as the equivalent of "angry against" in our language. Then all the gunpla names are translated as literal as possible, it's just terrible. For the actors, bandai got people who usually dub Hollywood movies but the script and direction is so bad they all sounded like amateurs.
