>be normal
So when did Annie notice that he was Loup? From his very first appearance?
After Robot told them.
Who caaaaaaaares, it's not like they've been pretending that looking for Loup was their highest priority for months. You see, they knew he was really not a bad guy, that's why Kat developed a cage that could hold a god and Annie was ready to stab him when came in peace to reveal his identity of his own volition. Going with the guy on a train trip alone to a secluded area without cage or tooth was safe, though.
It all makes perfect sense, anon, don't think about it.
Look! Annie is trying to pretend to be a normal girl! Isn't that funny? Laugh at her, instead!
>Loup was their highest priority for months
Then they discovered that he was jerrek all along, which made them reevaluate him as possibly not evil
>Kat developed a cage that could hold a god and Annie was ready to stab him when came in peace to reveal his identity of his own volition
They still weren't fully trusting jerrek though, and expected violent loup to come back at any time I guess? And mistook his coming clean as something else
>Going with the guy on a train trip alone to a secluded area without cage or tooth was safe, though.
Ok, they thought jerrek was 100% good and trustworthy because of the dead goose effect, but thought that even just him being aware of being loup would make him evil, sort of like that scene in deathnote where Light touches the deathnote to regain his memories. They really believed jerrek was unaware of being loup (except that one interaction with robot), so when he came clean they thought his innocence was over.
More realistically though they just thought loup wouldn't hurt annie on the train ride because he loved her. Kinda dumb considering Ysengrin was violent towards her in the past.
That's some cope right there.
That may be your opinion, but he is evil and I would prefer if he got his just desserts in some way.
He has whatever penis he wants to have. Default is Tony new people penis, but I think he (and Lana) prefer the knot.
>hates Coyote for being a big meanie
>fantasises about Loup's knot
There are other comics that cater to people like you.
I don't hate Coyote, but I wish Annie would hate him.
You can only hate what actually exists.
Except Annie has interacted with him.
Coyote can claim he doesn't exist all he wants, but if he doesn't exist, then who was phone?
Coyote doesn't exist, just like Dora the Explorer doesn't exist. Human beings as a whole are like children watching Dora and shouting "Swiper no Swiping". They are interacting with what they think is a real person, but is actually just the ether moving around and shaping things.
It's like seeing a face in a rock. The rock exists, but the face does not. There is no face, you are just seeing a face.
So, if that's the case, why is everyone perceiving the same Coyote and Loup? Even if you were to try to argue that Kat and Zimmy's alternate ether visions proove this theory, you'd still have to show that there isn't a fundamentally true reality that makes up Coyote etc. When Kat and Annie were in the RotD, they saw slightly different things, but they still encountered the same creatures, they said the same things, they were real, independent of Annie or Kat's perceptions. You would have to prove that Coyote exists only based on someone else's perception, but that is not the case. Kat hasn't interacted with him, but the one time she did, indirectly, was when she observed the fingerprint on the moon. That fingerprint is still there. You might say that that was just the effect that the ether had, twisting itself into the idea of Coyote based on Annie's belief that Coyote exists, but at that point, is there really any difference anymore between Coyote existing and not existing? If Coyote has a real effect on existence, how can he not exist?
Also, Dora does exist, she just isn't real. She definitely exists, however, proven by the fact that we're talking about her.
Again, I point to the rock with a face in it. The rock exists, but the face does not. Even if every single human to ever look at the rock independently agreed that the rock had a face, and that face was consistent, that does not make the face real. The ether would then give that face "muscles" and the ability to "speak" simply because other humans assumed it would be able to do that.
If I invent the god Zarumba, God of Weird Toes, does Zarumba exist? Is she real? No, because I just made her up. However, if I spread that idea to enough people, and enough people die while knowing of Zarumba, the ether will create a Zarumba. However, she still doesn't exist. Even when Zarumba shows up millennia ago to give people weird toes, she does not exist. That is the paradoxical power of ether.
But the face on the rock DOES depend entirely on perceivers looking at it. Coyote does not. Maybe he did at some point, in order to start existing, but he does not anymore.
Coyote exists independent of whether or not people hear him make a noise in the woods.
Fricking re-read chapter 39, jesus christ.
I am aware he said that he does not exist, you absolute troglodyte. He is quite simply wrong, as are you.
>However, she still doesn't exist. Even when Zarumba shows up millennia ago to give people weird toes, she does not exist. That is the paradoxical power of ether.
The only thing paradoxical here is your definition of existence. If you didn't use a moronic, ephemeral definition of the word, there would be no confusion.
>the 5.5 year Loup arc ends with annie telling loup he should just have sex, incel and he agrees
>then we forget Loup exists and somehow Coyote comes back later (can't explain that) for no reason
Okay tom.
Coyote coming back suddenly and erasing loup would be like the one actual bit of payoff to something set up earlier in the comic we've had in a long time.
Coyote won't come back. He might have come back if Loup got stabbed by the tooth, as Loup was not concerned about dying when Annie brandished it, but rather absorbing it.
Luckily,Loup averted that fate by being a good boy and Coyote can rot in nothingness forever.
You're making the mistake of assuming that Coyote actually cares about any of the rules of this game
If Coyote ever does come back, I hope Kat will destroy him for good in the most painful way possible.
Coyote has always been the best part of GC
my theory is that he's Lana
>lana and jerrek have sex
>lana absorbs jerrek while he screams
>she screams as she births herself and dies
>the baby instantly grows into a human and realizes that it was always all coyote
>coyote experiences death, pregnancy, sex and resurrection
and who in the comic does this parallel?
>fused with themselves
>died in childbirth
>escorted self to afterlife
i'm just saying its not as crazy as you think
I'm not saying it's crazy at all since Coyote way back a million years ago in 2017 (?) or early 2018 was talking about how he pretended to be both a dead birth but also the bush and the lake and then got bored of it. This would also just be another elaborate game of pretend.
i think about those pages everytime i type gunnerkirgg court
side note I miss the "gunnershit fail is shit" guy.
As long as we're talking about crazy crackpot theories, I wanna bring my theory back up that Kat and Zimmy are not only mirrors of each other thematically, but that Zimmy is actually a remnant of Kat's apotheosis from another (the first?) time loop. Both view the ether different from everyone else: Kat barely sees it while Zimmy is haunted by an extreme version of it at all times. They have a connection in Omega. Gamma resembles and mirrors Paz: Their names are opposites, Blanco and Czarnecki representing white and black respectively, they have a similar appearance, they both have similar, but mirrored functions: Paz was the catalyst for Kat's development and Gamma grounds Zimmy, siphoning off the exess ether she generates.
Kat's eyes turn black when she uses her already near godly powers and Zimmy's eye gunk vanishes when her powers are suppressed.
Annie is somehow connected to everything. She is affecting Omega's predictions. Zimmy believes that if Kat interfaces with Omega, it will kill her. Annie is the reason, presumably, why the universe is looping.
My theory is that Zimmy is a part of herself that Kat cut out in the first timeline, as a result, perhaps, of Annie dying. Perhaps that original Kat made a similar mistake to Tony's or perhaps she invented some sort of device which could bring Annie back or something gay like that. Likely time travel. Whatever Kat did, it resulted in her splitting her essence in some way and starting the loop. That is why Kat has no connection to the ether and Zimmy is basically nothing but connection to the ether. That is why if Kat figures any of this out, she will recombine with Zimmy and kill her, similar to how recombining with the tooth would kill Loup.
My theory is that Zimmy is somehow "sentient ether" and that Kat is going to do something to irreparably damage/change ether from a fundamental level. Kat has shown to be able to basically "solve etheric situations" by reducing them to the base components, like with the ROTD. With her godlike powers, she might be able to "solve" ether itself, and essentially render it inert.
Zimmy and Coyote represent primordial chaos and Kat is divine order!
Jesus fricking christ, is there literally ANYTHING this comic could do that you wouldn't b***h about? Seriously shut the frick up, you worthless waste of fricking oxygen.
Three Annies
>Two of them get along well, one is always a third wheel
>Tfw no annie clone harem
I'm seeing quadruple! Sixteen Annies!
It seems Tom's commentary has touched a personal nerve for you. Perhaps you should touch grass and have sex.
Have sex wih grass?
Hello tom.
Your comic sucks specifically because every 'climax' ends up being a wet fart, everything drags on too long and then nothing actually fricking happens. Events which you pretend are some massive game changer end up being memoryholed like it was never relevant (TWO annies? never.). Maybe give the readers a satisfying payoff for once instead of "and then we moved on to the next arc where coyote discovers the internet".
>I liked you when you weren't being a c**t, yeah.
Annie not-so-subtly roasting right now. Love it.
Is she admitting she wanted Ysengrin's knot?
Yes. Maybe. She always kinda has? But she's also autistic, so it's hard to say? Might have been platonic all along.
Is it actually implying she had a thing for loup even knowing who he is
cause what the frick tom
She made it clear to Loup she wanted the knot a long time ago.
Yo where's Jones at
does jerrek have a knot, a normal-looking human penis or a robot dildo?
Do you think by sway of the ether, the Jerek disguise has given him a Tony-based penis like all the other new people?
A pointed message to all you incels.
Just be normal.
The frick do your b***h asses know? You're on this site, don't pretend you're above the rest of us, you absolute homosexuals.
Some of us have been here a long time, long enough to get married, buy a house, have a kid. Point is, just find a pussy to frick to cure you of your chantardary.
>Forest fairies: Get turned into human
>Robots: Get human bodies
>Coyote: Becomes Loup who becomes human
>All the humans: Going to a land without magic
Is this entire series about the death of magic and mystery?
Yes but it's also about how you should have gotten a better job instead of reading this comic.
I've definitely lost track of the stakes in this comic. The clash between Coyote and the Court was a big focus for a long time and there were many smaller plots derived from that. Then Loup was the big stupid bad guy for ages. Now he's just a non-factor, I guess? And the Court is leaving, but in a shitty way that's bad? What am I supposed to care about?
There is some big twist foreshadowed with Kat becoming the final boss.
>What am I supposed to care about?
The mystery.
What was Coyote's plan? Will Kat really become a god? Will Annie be saved from the Fire Elemental? Will Annie take the knot?
