Yeah. At the very least coded as one, and that's the reason I put it under quotations.
Earlier in the comic you could say she had the same bug-eyed face all the time, I appreciated her more when she had that instead of the perma-freakout slit.
It's like she switched medication or something in order to be on edge constantly.
Now I'm looking at these scenes and I'm reminded of how cool it would be to have her dismiss many of these interactions in a distant, cool and collected manner.
It's not only that she lost her reactive brattiness, she transformed whatever she had left of it into anger. And that's a good thing to show when you're losing a friend (Ysen) but I feel she lost touch with her soft side after coming to terms with her mum and dad's issues.
Like in this page I undusted recently, she wages a melancholic war of doubt and unease (everyone in the group were gearing towards the Annan Waters battle with the ghost), and still has enough of her marbles to be polite to the man who is on top of the set's situation, leaving the silly reactions to Kat.
I thing this job would be easier for everyone if there were TWO annies doing it. Or even THREE.
Actually there should be a contractual line allowing this particular timeline to have all the annies so the other timelines are Annie-less and happier, while this one has a seignated disposable Annie slave for each menial task in the world.(and free energy by infinte fire elemental proxy of course)
As long as Annie prime spends most of the day knotted by Rey, while any alternate Annies not actively ferrying off robo souls soend their time minging each other out in a slick, sweaty c**t pile.
I guess Annie being a psychopomp is an important part of the ending? cause honestly, having one permanently frick off to be Kat's psychopomp would've been a better way to go back to just one Annie.
I like that Tom is trying to improve his profile shots and arguably he did, but panel 2 Annie looks like meant to make her look cutely moronic, like pic related.
Is it me or the threads die faster without Anniekat supporting them?
Like the previous page, was there even a thread? I looked and didn't find one that day, not in the catalog nor in the archive...
Someone tell Tom to stop doing low angles
Honestly... And while we're at it, I'd want him to stop doing the tiny eyes. Give us "fuller range of emotions Annie" back!
Annie is autistic though.
Yeah. At the very least coded as one, and that's the reason I put it under quotations.

I miss her rebelious "what are they gonna do? call my dad?" phase. Now she got corrected out of all brattiness it's sad.
Indeed, not being a brat in need of CORRECTION is a big downside to current Annie.

She isn't a robot, she isn't coded. Wha are you talking about.
And tell him to use thick lines again because his art is not good enough for thin ones.
Someone tell Tom to write satisfying payoffs for his story, please...

how I see it, the girls will not be able to decide because of the price of the job, and in the end, Baldy will volunteer
Kys Annie hating scum
>Wanting more Annies is being Annie hating
Are you implying having more Annies is a bad thing? Are you yourself the Annie hater, anniesimpanon?
But... that would make this timeline the most unhappy since it would have ALL the Annies running around. I don't think that's fair...
>"What happens to Annie is that she is raped violently"
>"...ok then she is officially my psychopomp"
Here's hoping the next page shows a hypothetical of what'd happen to Annie and that what would happen would be HOTTTTT
Whatever it will be, Tom will find a way to make her miserable, which, I agree, is hotttt.
Is the Court just the Technocracy from Mage the Ascension?
Mage Ascension lore always sounded fun. I accidentally got the WoD and Changeling corebooks.
WoD is a little gay but changeling is real cool
The technogod in this comic is a little gay, too!
Ripoff: CONFIRMED
It's just nice to know the technocracy started off Victorian era London too.
Hoping for Kat developing some nice Hitmarks
This chapter has featured a lot of Annie and Kat being protective of each other, and I am here for it.
Yeah.
And it sparked Annie Kat romance discussion again for the first time in years.
Wait, you too?!
I like that Tom is trying to improve his profile shots and arguably he did, but panel 2 Annie looks like meant to make her look cutely moronic, like pic related.
Well, at least he got the moronic part right
What is a psychopomp?
A guide to the afterlife for the souls of the dead.
Like a soul reaper?
Not a reaper, necessarily, though the reaper would be one, sure.
It's a greek word, you can look it up on wikipedia.
