If you’re gonna do characters that don’t appear much and don’t have as deep of lore surrounding them, the evil babysitter is more deserving of a spot than the tall man.
Also to add to this, where the frick is Sideshow Bob? Or even Sideshow Mel? Kang and Kodos? Itchy and Scratchy? Those would all be way more interesting as playable fighters than just a bunch of mundane humanoids who don’t really have all that much unique ability as far as we know.
