Kiteman sucked and was one more perfect example of the writers knowing how to write jokes but not scripts.

One of the biggest and most front-facing problems and criticisms of the show is that it can't decide if Harley is a crazy chaotic evil Deadpool or a poor abused girlfriend who dindu nuffin and was good all along. She'll slaughter a celebrating family with a blase one-liner in one scene and then the next we're supposed to buy that she has genuinely qualms about "hurting innocents," it doesn't work. Instead of coming off as a bad b***h agent of chaos or an antihero finding her place she just comes off as a dumb bawd

I miss subtly. Even if they flat out state they are a couple, this just seems so forced. I shipped it back in the day before kids cartoons had LGBTQIA+ in every show. Back when the censors would discourage this, not encourage it. Yet this feels like a monkey's paw. Harley and Ivy are a couple, but it feels so blunt and in your face that it is obnoxious.
I know this is the harley show but i really hope we get more batman and other supes. I just like seeing those characters in an adult comedy setting since all the other media they're in is either edgy or for kids. Nothing wrong with that, I just like to see them in this setting too
Who knows. With Ivy's sci-fi biology, the season could easily end with Harley realizing she's pregnant from Ivy. They seem to be distancing from comics anyway
