The obsession that modern big Netflix shows have with eliminating all filler and only including parts that advance the plot is really awful pacing for a show like Harry Potter with a large cast and really distinctive setting. 20 episodes would be decent, and there's probably enough content in the books for it. If not, you can consult with JK Rowling herself for episode ideas.
