I don't understand the question. If its a Justice League run then he's with the League at the moment and Gotham is being watched over by one of his 40 adopted kids, his lesbian cousin, and who knows else

There's about 12 hours of night every day. Batman predominately operates at night. And he usually only goes to the Justice League when things are quiet in Gotham.

In some stories, by day, he looks like a billionaire playboy philanthropist who probably looks like he's in his in his office sleeping off a supposed hangover who then goes to parties and fundraisers in the evening. Where the then finds a hot chick to bang, and then repeat the process every few days or weeks.
Also, I'm sure he doesn’t need to be in the Watchtower every single day and can do video conferences if necessary.
He joins the Justice League later on after Gotham’s already cleaned up. Once he no longer has to worry about corruption and rampant crime he can face more powerful foes like Darkseid. He still does muggings, bank robberies and the occasional rogue gallery villain.
