I hadn't ate it for 10 years, prior to traveling for the past 6 months, and I'd say I eat it on average 3 to 5 times a week. There's been times where I ate only it for the day, multiple days in row, and didn't feel anymore like shit, than eating your typical restaurant meal that is devoid of many elements that make you healthy. Why is it so hard to find high fiber meals? Or what about actual fruit smoothies, that aren't ice and syrup blended together.
Watch "Food Inc." and the sequel, actual informative documentaries.
