No, also ending like that doesn't fits with Cartman

cartman is a character who injured himself repeatedly in hopes of putting himself into a coma to get out of reading/writing for half an hour

An intelligent manipulative sociopath like Cartman should have been able to easily become a corporate CEO or president if he never found his "religious calling".

or, you look at funland, and realize once he achieved "success" he'd get bored with it, because it wasn't what he wanted, and then get fricked when he tried to get back what he had before, because he didn't take any time to learn about basic shit like tax law. because tax law is boring as frick.

not really, but doing something selfless means you must be open to the possibility of not being rewarded for it. and if there was still OG cartman in there, the idea that "Selfless acts are always rewarded" would've been in the back of his head.

I feel like Cartman would have grown up to be a stereotypical heartless Wallstreet investor or a banker in charge of filing paperwork in order to kick people out of their homes.

He would be part of society but embody the worst of it and yet be in a position that most people secretly wish they were in.

Homeless cartman just oversimplifies his character as the "bad" one that always loses in the end when that rarely ever happens in the show.

      >cartman
      >taking the time to learn anything

he's always been about finding the shortest/easiest path to getting what he wants. 99% of the time that would be begging his mom.

He's always learned things to get a profit.
He learned about stem cell research to clone himself a Shaky Pizza under the guise of searching for a cure for a terminally ill Kenny.

Southpark isn't a deep show and I don't understand how you could come to that conclusion.

Cartman is spoiled and selfish brat with delusions of grandeur.
He's the butt of SOME jokes, not all of them.
He's a cunning and sneaky bastard with bad intentions.
He's the embodyment of the stereotype of the evil israelites that he hates.

          >He learned about stem cell research to clone himself a Shaky Pizza
because he wanted free pizza and saw that as an easier route to acquiring it than, ya know, trying to open a franchise himself.

            Exactly.
You could build a company with your own hands from the ground up and reap the profits after 30 years or you could manipulate the market and invest from the comfort of your home/ office?

You are only proving my point.
He's greedy, selfish, lazy, and willing to screw others over for personal gain.
Sounds like a piece of shit stereotypical wallstreet yuppie.

Him being homeless only fits because of the episodes plot as a consequence of his decisions pertaining to that episode.

If you count the rest of the 20+ seasons it doesn't make sense.

the issue is his shortcut plans fail as often as they work, and without a mommy (or being a kid) to fall back upon, you end up homeless from a very small number of failures.

Most people want to be filthy rich and not give a frick who they screw over as long as the win in the end, yes.
They just don't admit it or never get to act on it.

You have too much faith in people or have never suffered true hardship.

bruh, the more you describe how "everyone" wants a thing, the clearer it is you're just describing yourself.

These streaming specials are weird because they're extremely meta but they're so on the nose meta it's strange. Making Cartman a israelite and then a literal Christ figure who gets sacrificed to cleanse the sins of the other characters both seems like the kind of thing they'd do but at the same time not.

Like how Streaming Wars is an extremely shitty and not funny episode exclusive to streaming about how extremely shitty streaming exclusive crap is. It's so blatant that I don't get what they're really trying to do.

What they're trying to do is keep a 25 year old going after running out of ideas
