Killing yourself will only bring you more trouble. Believe me.

This is just babbling, but last night I had a very vivid dream in which a random guy stabbed me in the chest with a kitchen knife, and I fell bleeding to death slowly on the floor. I don't remember the exact context of the dream, but I think it had something to do with being in the wrong place at the wrong time. It felt so real that even after I woke up I felt a pang in my chest, and that disturbed me for the rest of the day. But that dream made me realize that I really don't want to die, it sucks and there's nothing pretty about it.

it's honestly true. i'm built like wario, poor as dirt, and autistic, but i'm funny and for some reason it keeps getting me dates

        >Built like wario
Well, that's why. Girls subconsciously like a guy who could possibly protect them. If you're built like Wario then you look like you can frick someone up.

Scott is an butthole, but he's good-looking, can play a guitar, AND he can kick ass. Other than the butthole part, girls love that shit and will over look the butthole part as best they can or try and "fix" him. The girls can't and they get hurt by them because the guy has to learn how to fix himself, which Scott is slowly doing I mean he could have slept with her but he didn't which is an improvement.

You thought you could fix him, didn't you?

I find it troubling that people care more about the arbitrary age gap of 4 years than that of 8 or 10 years after people get older. I remember nut cases on twitter talking about a 5 year gap between a 39yo man and a 34yo woman.

It like these are fricking high schoolers trying to give their two cents what adults are doing with their lives for make believe liberal brownies points for a good boy/girl gold star. The majority of people in relationships have an older male and younger female. I'm sorry, it's just how nature works and how society works.

Its really fricking stupid. Social media are literally the drudges of the internet. The most idiotic and watch doggish kind of people trying to be social hall monitors.

Thank god none of these people will actually breed.

The actual reason Scott and Knives was wrong was because he wasn't into it at all and wasn't actually hitting that prime HS pussy. If he was actually investing/indicking her and taking her out and exposing her to real life, that would be fine. Instead he was just playing make believe and letting her getting invested without giving up any of himself or taking the social hit for being the guy bringing the younger girl everywhere.

Her being a high schooler is more relevant in that it shows how she's not experienced and that he's taking advantage of her, but only emotionally. Both of them are at fault for not recognizing the relationship is what it is, but we can infer that Scott is more to blame by him being the expected more mature party to clean up the situation, and his continued lack of breaking up properly after.
I think an early 20s guy dating a 16+ year old is generally fine but their situation is just one way to show that it has to be handled better by the older person in the group or else you'll be the bad guy

The entire point of volume 4 is that by rejecting Lisa and, for all her flaws, sticking by Ramona, Scott's showing emotional growth and strength of character. Lisa's a bit like the Negascott in a sense, in that she's a piece of his past come back to haunt him that he had to triumph over.

      She was best girl though

I don't buy that reading. Scott didn't even look tempted by lisa, not in a realistic sense. He found her hot when she showed up, and she did give him pause on the couch by being so aggressive, but he's never shown seriously considering the option, even when things were so fricked with ramona. Any lesser man, after being treated the way he was (getting kicked out of the house for TWO DAYS over some bullshit jealousy act) would have bit the bullet, but he didn't.
He's honestly exceptional in that sense.

Holy frick the state of dating if doing the bare minimum is exceptional (not like i am the one to talk, never had gf)

Doesn't he ? He's a funny, considerate and loyal person. He fricked up in the past, but everyone does at some point. His main flaw is his inability to balance his responsabilities and keep a job, but that's something he'll learn with time, he's just behind the curve on that.
He's mostly a gentleman with girls (if we forget the knives mistake, but that's the one thing you can blame him for, still a decent track record).

I grew up with the comic and movie, is the anime worth it or did they frick with the story too much? I've heard shit like Scott dies and Ramona is the main character but it sounds like bullshit and I'm not watching unless it's confirmed to be bullshit

Completely unrealistic, girls hate being the one to initiate and never pursue a guy. Even when he's a 10/10
