Not really, he just thought he'd be dead before any explanation would be required. He did it all because he was a narcissist who wanted to be remembered as this badass guy who provided for his family (even if the DEA would end up inevitably taking it all alway) but when his plans got fricked up when he didn't die. After it he had multiple chances to leave it all behind and chose not to because he already liked feeling like a powerful drug dealer.
His family paid the price of his fantasy. If he truly cared for them he would have accepted the money gray matter was offering. Instead he got involved with drug dealing mexicans who killed his brother in law, left her wife and kids estranged and poor and would have gotten killed if not by sheer luck when gus called the twins to cancel the hit.
the kid that suffered absolutely no consequences until later when he was caught by others' faults? (wasn't even planned initially to go that far), oh yeah, that car, real fricking consequence. Also skyler was a willing collaborator. > drug dealing mexicans who killed his brother in law

Ok got involved with verh dangerous men who killed his brother in law. He put his family who he claimed to love in an extremely dangerous position for no need at all. That's what's wrong with Walt. You can spin it whichever way you want but the truth is he was a terrible person and the only reason his whole family doesn't end up beheaded in some basement is out of pure luck.

well maybe if hank wasn't a moron and did his job instead of taking a duck-face selfie for instagram he would be alive at the end of the show
>Did nothing wrong
He killed two dudes in like the first or second episode. One lived and he had to strangle him later. He then runs over two or three gangbangers and double taps one. Watches Jessie's gf die and doesn't do anything to help. Forces Jessie to kill Gus's other cook. Bombs an old person home killing at least 3 people. Poaions a kid. Melts a kid Todd shot in acid. Kills Mike. Then has mikes nine guys killed. Also hires nazis to save him and kill Hank
>He killed two dudes in like the first or second episode. One lived and he had to strangle him later.
yes his 2 would-be murderers. >He then runs over two or three gangbangers and double taps one
in defense of his ungrateful piece of shit friend >Watches Jessie's gf die and doesn't do anything to help
ah the same gf that threatened him directly? that gf? >Forces Jessie to kill Gus's other cook. >just let yourself be killed bro >Bombs an old person home killing at least 3 people
apart from potential emotional scarring towards other people there it's pretty obvious no innocents were harmed >Poaions a kid
replied above >Melts a kid Todd shot in acid.
as opposed to having it pinned on him? >Kills Mike
the same mike that tried to kill him before? >Then has mikes nine guys killed >implying they were good guys
they were just content sitting on their asses not talking as long as they kept getting the same dirty money, equally as corrupt as other main characters > Also hires nazis to save him and kill Hank
i think you're forgetting a little something. he hired them to go after jesse. not hank. he had no idea hank would be there.
They want nothing to do with it. Walt jr hates his fricking guts because he recognizes his father was a piece of shit playing badass risking him, his little sister and his mom
well maybe if hank wasn't a moron and did his job instead of taking a duck-face selfie for instagram he would be alive at the end of the show
It is a risky job, but Hank's ultimate demise is directly provoked by Walter's actions, even if he didn't mean to.
Oh he did plenty wrong. He kept Jesse's dumbass alive, when letting him die would've taken care of all his problems. If you trace it all back, Walt's downfall has nothing to do with his pride or "muh Heisenberg" and everything to do with covering for Jesse's dumbass.
At what price really? His family is all fricked up now. Like he says to jr at the end he does this because it can't all be for nothing. Meaning he's desperately trying to give his moron odissey some meaning, some sensation that he won. He does it after watching gretchen and elliot on TV and having a fit or rage and jealousy, his whole fuel the entire show. If walt wasn't a piece of shit dude consumed by ego he would have gotten treatment paid by gray matter and continue living his life with the people he claimed to love. Instead he sacrificed that and them for a few months of gratification.
>defeats Gus >the en- >um gaiz the execs want 10 more episodes or something >shit, who's the bad guy gonna be? >... >hillbilly redneck biker nazis who keep jesse pinkmans in holes in the ground
Ending was shit.
The only thing missing was snarling and drooling open mouthed ghouls and israelites being fed into ovens. It was such a fricking madeup boogieman, those guys do not exist irl. It is like they have never met a wood or White California prison gang member.
Gus >>the en-
Who the frick in their right mind wants rise without the fall? And why do you treat Gus and Jack in terms of anime power scaling? Oh, wait, it's Cinemaphile, I forgot.
Anything else that happened is he permanently damaged his family. You're right he "won", which proves his reason to do it all was an ego trip and a competition not to be remembered as some teacher. Not because of his family. That is what's Walt did wrong.
they end up betraying the Salamanca family and go rogue, assassinating all kinds of kingpins until only they stand in walt's way. This is a hypothetical, I can set them up to be the end boss in any way I want.
he poisoned a child dude
he had no other choice at the time and was very careful with the dosage so the kid wouldn't actually be harmed. he knew what he was doing
Who cares about some little subhuman spic?
Starts a meth business without thinking of an excuse to tell his wife about why he needs to come home 5 hours late.
bad writing there

He clearly wanted a certain amount at first, the 700 thousand number. He had a goal besides just becoming a local legend.
When he got it he didn't stop did he

>methhead nazis are the final boss of your show
what a lame plot for your last season
why not going for a CIA rogue squad or something better
>because nazis are LE BAD
cute
my man Hank <3
the twins were the coolest most intimidating bosses in the game, i wish they were the final villain walt had to defeat
bit gay
ok who is your favorite boss in the show then? Gus, tuco, the nazi leader?
i'm glad you asked.
the answer is Hank btw.
<3 Hank.
no, evil boss i mean
i guess walt is the ultimate boss in the end, but who is your favorite evil boss besides him?
Hank <3
stop saying boss
Hank my love <3
They were pretty lame. I’m glad they got all that buildup just to get btfo by Mineral Man
<3
>make millions
>NOOOO I NEED TO MAKE MOOOORE MONEY!!
Greed was his demise
It was not greed, it was the power and respect. The thrill of outsmarting his BIL and the entire DEA.
They want nothing to do with it. Walt jr hates his fricking guts because he recognizes his father was a piece of shit playing badass risking him, his little sister and his mom

exactly what i said in op, he was too soft on others.
what if walt jr and skylar inherit Walt's ego and refuse the money from gretchen and elliot?
At what price really? His family is all fricked up now. Like he says to jr at the end he does this because it can't all be for nothing. It was probably done to remind white viewers who the REAL bad guys are, after many seasons of brownoid criminals running around being evil.

I hated that stupid pancake slurping gimp homosexual so much. I fast forward his scenes and missed nothing. Also, skip that stupid McFly episode.
walt jr is the most based character in the series, he really sticks up for what he believes and wants to protect his family.
Anything else that happened is he permanently damaged his family. You're right he "won", which proves his reason to do it all was an ego trip and a competition not to be remembered as some teacher. Not because of his family. That is what's Walt did wrong.
i said what IF they became the final villain? It is a hypothetical
they end up betraying the Salamanca family and go rogue, assassinating all kinds of kingpins until only they stand in walt's way. This is a hypothetical, I can set them up to be the end boss in any way I want.
They assassinate the dons and then what?
battle walt
