And for a guy who breathed as loudly as he did. Doesn't matter if he didn't have the makings of a varsity athlete--he was still an athlete, he knew how to use his size and he was gonna frick you up if he get the drop on you.

    Kinda related
Whenever the mobsters beat up guys and they dont even throw a punch back at them it kind of took me out of the experience. Theres no way a bunch of balding wops would get away with harming construction workers for example. Doesn't matter if the manager told them they were the mafia, theres only so much these guys can do and threaten and get away with it. Eventually some guy wouldve gotten fed up with their shit and not care about the consequences. Its not like the average joe wouldve been wise enough to never harm them back. In real life shit like Artie beating Benny to a pulp happens much more often (of course the civilian pays for it later times 5 but thats not the point)

Yeah like Tony totally dropped that one young fit dude who kept going for low grapples instead of swinging for the fences

he definitely was fighting like he was throwing a fight, 0 sense of urgency.
but to be fair, even if that guy was in great shape, tony was still like 100 pounds heavier and tied his arm up. you can't really do much in that situation because of the sheer mass.

They make threats against but use street gangs blacks or Puerto Ricans to do the actual beatings stabbings and shootings

Ralphie held his own and probably should have won after he sprayed that oil in Tony's eyes. Only problem was he's not the mc

Ralphie had heart but Tony had at least 70 to 80 pounds on him. Second he got him on the ground, it was over

They should've had more scenes of Tony going apeshit on people. Gandolfini was a big guy, and knew how to be threatening. But if you think about it, Tony wasn't that violent (in comparison with other mob characters)

Ralphie didn't take it seriously enough. Wouldn't say he had Tony dead to rights but you could tell he wasn't going full throttle. If he knew it'd end in his death he'd have tried harder.

Theres no way to tell for sure, im leaning towards no. At the end of the day ralph was right, it doesnt fricking matter. Tony got his money

No, it's not Ralph's style to say "so what if I did" like he did about the horse if he'd done it. He'd have just vehemently denied it or justified it, rather than giving a conditional statement. He's a wormy frick, and only uses rhetoric if he's already in the right. Compare the conviction of "he hit me and I'm a made guy" versus "haha, I guess she's a klutz, yknow?"

No. He denied it with the vehemence and conviction of a man who really is innocent. Pantoliano said they did the scene both ways (one where he acted like he killed the horse and one where he didn’t), and the take that made it in was the one where he didn’t

I'm pretty sure he said he played the scene in a way that allows for both interpretations.

It's amazing how different the show is from what people who haven't watched it assume.
Also, She-Hulk writers should literally be put on death row for that shit they pulled.
