If it persists I'll probably spend a solid month or so trying to orientate myself in my new circumstances, probably sit Stella down for a talk at some point and apologize and all that about how things didn't work out. I was thinking of this story being like this. Angel after he left his family he was all alone. The only person that ever was visiting him was his sister for whom he always tried to be sober for. She always appeared on his birthday too, but one day she did not. And as he was all alone again and thought she would not show up he took Angel Dust and took too much, making him see some weird shit and become far more violent...
Then his sister came into his apartment and he stabbed her to death and then his brother shot him in the head to get him off of her. It was not overdosing that killed him. It was his brother and Angel in his drugged up state killed his sister who was late because she tried to convince both their dad and brother to come with her.
After that some time later Arackniss got killed in a firefight because he was so upset he became careless, kind of like Sonny from Godfather and after that Henroin hanged himself. As they both got to Hell Arackniss wanted to get to Angel to make him remember, but Henroin stopped him. Suggesting that what he will go through now will be enough of a punishment, but in reality he couldn't bear to do this, even after that.

I think it'd be an interesting idea to explore why every single goetian prince, deadly sin and even the daughter of lucifer seems to have been born within the last 40 years or so. I mean everyone knows why (people are the most comfortable writing characters that are their own age) but it'd be fun to explore this idea more in Hazbin, since the longer episodes and bigger seasons would give room for background arcs to slowly develop in the background.

I agree that Millie should’ve been cut as she’s a total nonfactor of a character. Very bland and pretty much a filler. I don’t think they’ve actually bothered to give her any personality until the last episode. Stolas is fine I guess? I feel like a dynamic with Stolas and Stella as divorced parents while shuffling Octavia around would’ve been more interesting than what we got. The Striker subplot was stupid. If you want to humanize Hell, which is what Viv’s going for, why not go all in?

This is why I’d keep Stolas in. They still need Earth access. Blitzo can keep his work-sex relationship with Stolas, but this time he’s the cheating bastard. Blitzo wants to break it off because his business wasn’t as lucrative as he thought and hurts Stolas in the process. Stolas causes a scene and traps the trio on Earth or something with no human disguises. Now they’re trapped in a foreign land and his husband and daughter hate him for being unfaithful. There’s your first season done. I feel like none of this should be played for laughs. No cartoony shit, it’s 100% a drama.
I’m just spitballing here but I think my idea would work better than Viv’s, provided I have a better writing staff than her. An adult cartoon drama is more captivating to me than a pretend adult cartoon comedy where they just swear for jokes.
