It depends on the surface area of the object, and the opening the volume of air is escaping out of.
1 atmosphere is 14.7 psi, which is 2116.8 lbf/ft2
So a tiny 1 inch hole will definitely cause some loud air loss but unlikely to suck you through the hole. They're more worried about explosive decompression effects widening the hole or affecting people's bodies. But if a large door suddenly opened to vacuum giving an opening of a dozen square feet with a ton of force per sq ft? Yeah, everything is going out fast, even large heavy objects.
More atmospheres of pressure can make it that much worse but we're not going to be living in that air.

Literally the monster would be able to block the suction with its body and that would be it besides tissue damage on its back.
