"Yeah ok fantastic a strong female armorer, you don't look like you have low iq at all, I am 100% vetting you, I'm sure all the people who complained about you were just misogynist haters, let's get this show on the road"
>Modern Hollywood kills people
And that is okay. Actors should be able to kill whoever they want just because indless drones worship them and anyone who works in Hollywood should be shot anyway, so I am glad Baldwin is free.
I know you're being facetious, but it's insane how many people say something like, "they were filming a movie so it doesn't count as manslaughter." Like they think that filming a movie lets you break laws.
thus proving that we should hire the people who survived all those old stories and know how to do things without getting people killed instead of handing it on to a new generation of clueless tards to repeat the mistakes of the past.
>Modern Hollywood kills people.
Remember when Deadpool 2 killed a black female motorcycle rider because they peer pressured her into doing stunt work even though she wasn't a stuntman because they didn't want to put a stuntman in an afro wig?
so what was the verdict in the end?
did someone, anyone get punished at all?
or the prop c**t was a girl so that's okay and Mr.Baldwin is a rich liberal so that's okay...
>here you go Mr. Baldwin, here is the "prop" gun all set up as you wanted >thank you, just in time, Im going to see the director and cinematographer now, your payment will be dropped off in the place we agreed
Why do you think Baldwin hired the worst armorer he could find? She's just a scapegoat so he could get away with murder and it worked. He literally wienered the hammer on a loaded gun aimed it at a woman's heart and pulled the trigger but didn't get charged with murder.
Its a single action revolver. He had to manually wiener the hammer and then pull the trigger to make it fire. I hope at the very least the family of the woman he murdered sue him for everything he owns; but I doubt it. The US justice system is a joke.
alec was performing a technique called Method Acting
i won't bother trying to explain the concept to the likes of you, but needless to say he was technically not Alec Baldwin in the moment he pulled the trigger
no judge in the country could convict him. he literally wasn't even in the room
Why would they sue him for doing what Halyna was asking him to do? Which was draw the gun and point it at the camera. Why would they not sue the armorer who was responsible for making sure the gun was safe to use on set?
It isn't just the experts here. There's 100% consensus among firearm owners that revolver don't go off just by waving them around. >he shot her >he's rich >he's politically connected >he can get away with murder >end of story

Except they're not, thats what the armorer was for. Do you think Alec shouldve walked off set and fired a few rounds into a brick wall or something to make sure there weren't live rounds in the gun? How moronic are you?

I think he should have followed the basic rules of firearm safety that every child knows. Always check it's loaded, keep your finger away from the finger, and never point at anyone you don't intend to kill.
The armorer is there to provide ADDITIONAL safety net., not to take the entire fall when a criminally negligent is negligent and moronic.

Yeah, it is. It's the producer's job to plan shit and avoid schedule conflicts. There was no armorer available, yet he went ahead and shot the scene anyway.
Even in this line of argument Baldwin is still guilty.

I like how if you're a political propagandist for the ruling party in the USA you can get away with murder. >OMG HE THOUGHT IT WAS A PROP GUN
Prop guns don't mean toy guns. In order to fire a blank, you need a real gun. Firing a blank is for the flash and bang and you never, NEVER, aim it at a person and pull the trigger. Because shit comes out of the barrel at the speed of a bullet. If close enough to a human it can, and has, kill that person. AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN HOLLYWOOD KNOWS THAT.
At best it was negligent homicide.

The first part is correct. Whenever guns were on the set all the cameras were set up to film remotely. That's been standard Hollywood practice since Brandon Lee died.
The second part is not correct. You can tell from the muzzle flares they're shooting blanks.
>*lays a loaded revolver on the table in front of Alec* >"Mr Baldwin, the pistol in front of you is loaded with nothing but blank cartridges, I personally loaded it and checked it, just before walking into the court room today. Please point it towards your own head and pull the trigger. I assure you, it's safe" >[Alec refuses and starts to cry] >[The entire courtroom starts cheering, a cute black woman in the jury bites her lips and winks an eye at me]
A) he needed to check if he indeed shot her with blanks like he was told they were and b) it’s proper gun safety to empty the chamber preferably in a live target. Baldwin is innocent did no wrong but proper firearm procedures.

Legal culpability in a corporate setting doesn't work that way you moronic neets.
Now was he guilty of hiring an armourer he knew to be incompetent? Possibly. Which would lead to him being partially responsible. But you have to pretty rigorously prove something like that. Both that she is incompetent and that Baldwin could have realistically known as much.
Yeah, except you never aim a gun that fires blanks at another human, and especially don't pull the trigger. Alec was completely negligent. He wasn't even filming a scene. He was just being a bullying shithead.
>Baldwin and Hutchins were rehearsing a scene where he cross draws his weapon and points it at the camera
Literally every article says this. Why make shit up?
>"uhhh I didn't actually pull the trigger, I just fiddled with the hammer a bit and it went off when I let it go"
Remember when all of the cops came out and officially stated that they proved this wasn't possible and that Alec Baldwin committed perjury on the stand during a murder trial where he was the prime suspect, and faced no consequences for it?
Literally everyone itt understands that Alec obviously isn't the one responsible for Halyna Hutchinsons death but because he hates Trump they want him sent to prison. These people are mentally ill
Nah he is responsible. Alec the actor might not be, but Alex the producer is. He hired the armorer and was ultimately responsible for safety on set. He created dangerous working conditions that were well documented as unsafe. He cut corners left and right. He even had people walk off the set due to safety concerns.
It's like those dumbasses who tried to shoot a film on an active railroad in GA without permission from the rail company. They didn't toot the horn, but they're guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

Tons of old white guys who are master gunsmiths and armorers and weapons trainers. But, oh no, we can’t hire any old white guys in Hollywood anymore.
We need to hire the 20yo zoomie feminist chick who probably doesn’t know the difference between .223 and 5.56.

The armorer is on trial.
She was a nepo baby.

Alec Baldwin was very sad!
The armorer is on trial. The actor who was using the prop for a scene isn't on trial, because that would be fricking insane

Directed by M. Night Shyamalan

He didn't pull the trigger. The gun killed her.
She shot herself actually. Alec tried to stop her.
she asked for it, he was merely following orders

The gun turned on that woman on her own, Alec the Hero grabbed it to try to stop it but it was too late.
Trump did this.
The FBI firearms unit confirmed that the pistol would only discharge if wienered and fired.
Police lie all the time to get people to confess.
Oh, well the experts debunked it so I guess that's settled.
It isn't just the experts here. There's 100% consensus among firearm owners that revolver don't go off just by waving them around.

Firing a blank at your head at point blank range is extremely lethal.
An actor died that way, lookist shizos post him here sometimes
There are dummy cartridges too which is what Baldwin claims he thought the gun was loaded with.
Dummy cartridges look like real ones because they have a bullet in them but they have no powder or primer in them so they can't be fired.
You could fire a dummy round at yourself and keep your brains in your skull.
film it
make a close up on baldwin sweating profusely

that's a big ass
for you
too busy being a degenerate to know gun safety
I understand that it was a horrible and tragic accident, but why did he have to shoot her two more times?
A) he needed to check if he indeed shot her with blanks like he was told they were and b) it’s proper gun safety to empty the chamber preferably in a live target. Baldwin is innocent did no wrong but proper firearm procedures.
Just for the record since most woke leftists who support a rich white man shooting a Ukranian woman...
Prop gun doesn't mean a replica gun.
