Zemo, Taskmaster (too bad they're shitty), introduce Red Hulk in that movie they recasted Ross in, introduce an Iron Man villain in that show or movie they're doing Crimson Dynamo, maybe, and since Daredevil is canon, do Bullseye, make it a villain Avenger team.
