That's actually based of him, if true. I remember being a little kid just leaving the theater after seeing Batman and Robin, having adults explain to me the horrible feeling I was experiencing was called "disappointment" and that I should get used to it.

Bale and Chris Nolan don't want anything to do with Capeshit.

They should have brought back Val Kilmer as he was the best Batman. But it'd be some weird Maverick thing where he somehow gets throat cancer from some of Riddler's gas bombs.

They already tried to convince Nolan to get Bale back for a post-credits tease in Man of Steel, and Nolan said to them real movies have no post-credits scenes. Then they tried to go behind Nolan's back and ask Bale directly, and Bale told them that without Nolan he'd never do anything and to never contact him again about this.

Michael Keaton's Batman dies and in the final cut of the movie there isn't even a promise that he is back and fine like in the previous cuts where it was shown that both Keaton's Batman and Sasha Calle's Supergirl were alive again thanks to Flash going back in time to fix his mistakes.
This is because James Gunn has no intention of ever doing anything with Keaton again.

15 Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:

They don't close the door on the DCEU or "Snyderverse" or whatever the frick people calls it. The implication is that the Flash got flung to another universe by going back in time and is trying to find his way back.
Michael Keaton's Batman and Sasha Calle's Supergirl both get killed and in the final cut there's no promise that the Flash managed to save them, because him going back in time to fix his mistakes just end up pushing to another universe. So Keaton's Batman is for all purposes dead.

In the past cuts, before James Gunn was made head-honcho, the ending scene was the Flash thinking he was back in his own universe and instead of meeting Ben Affleck's Batman finding Michael Keaton's Batman all fine and well, as well as Sasha Calle's Supergirl too. The implication being that the universes are still tangled. This was Walter Hamada, the previous DC Films president, plan. He want to replace Affleck with Keaton and Henry Cavill with Calle.
Since Gunn isn't going with that idea anymore and probably have no plans for Keaton to continue to play the character this ending scene is cut from the final cut. There are no promises of him miraculously surviving. His last scene is him dying.

There was also a scene with Affleck in Knightmare world asking Barry to find them. Also a scene with Cavill.

              Anonymous

              Yeah.
The scene with Ben Affleck's Batman stuck in a Knightmare like scenario was something Hamada wanted to tease for the post-credits scene, because he apparently was gunning to adapt Crisis on Infinite Earths.
Gunn isn't doing that and so he cut out the scene.

The Henry Cavill's Superman cameo at the end of the movie was something that the new WB presidents, Michael De Luca and Pam Abdy, planned. De Luca and Abdy wanted to keep going with the DCEU/Snyderverse after Hamada got fired, so they filmed new scene with Affleck and Cavill to show audiences the Flash actually did found himself back in his home universe. There were even plans for a Man of Steel 2. This is why Cavill was so excited. He was even given the go ahead by De Luca and Abdy to promote his comeback. WB social media also promoted his return to the role of Superman.
Since Gunn wiener-blocked De Luca and Abdy, he cut out the Cavill's Superman cameo.

This was the path to go in with the DCEU. Gunn has really made a blunder early in his tenure and probably won't recover. So out of touch.

Keaton's Batman not only dies, but keeps on dying over and over again in gruesome ways because the two Barry keep going back in time to stop General Zod and his kryptonian followers from killing both Keaton's Batman and Cale's Supergirl.
In the end the main Barry decide to give up and undo the whole mess he started, which the second Barry, the one from Keaton's world is against.

Such idiots running the show. They’re going to cut Henry Cavill, the best looking guy in their franchise who actually looks like his character and keep the mutt?
                Ugh.
It makes no sense. If they’re going to go with 44 year old Jason Mamoa, who is 4 years older than Henry Cavill, why not just keep Henry?
It makes a lot more sense to just replace everyone with actors in their 20s instead of this piecemeal crap.

                Anonymous

The only reason Ben Affleck is not being re-used as the Gunnverse Batman is because Affleck himself turn down the offer to both act or act and direct.
Gunn is looking for an older Batman that already trained several Robins and is having a son.

                Anonymous

A Batman in his late 20s would still fit the bill.
Say he started being Batman at 20. Got the first Robin after a year of being Batman. 5 or 6 years is enough to have Dick Grayson leave and bring in Jason. Jason stayed for a year before being killed. Then, bring in Tim Drake within another year.
It’s all doable to have an actor in his late 20s or early 30s and you get much more mileage out of the actor.
Nobody wants to watch an older Batman unless it’s one we’ve invested many movies watching age.

Dark Flash is a OC donut steal villain but he is a Flash villain. Plus Iris, Patty, Desmond, etc.
The point is the best part of the movie is Barry/Flash's story

        Lost or erased???

Is the world at the end with Clooney a altered DCEU or a whole different earth?

          Anonymous

The DCEU/Snyderverse ending is left open. The Flash by changing the past got flung to another universe. In theory the DCEU/Snyderverse is still there somewhere untouched. That's at least the idea the movie give.

          Anonymous

With DC none of the universes are erased. The DCEU is still alive along with all the rest. The Clooney scene is an alternate DCEU, just like Keaton's.

Honestly, i think the actors that chose to bow out or simple are no show faired better.
Ben Affleck's Batman shows up one final time, speak almost exactly like Kevin Conroy to the point of being uncanny, firmly establish his loving relationship with Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman, and then give Ezra Miller's Flash the advice to be content with how his life is instead of trying to go back to fix shit.
It's a much better ending for the character than what happens with Michael Keaton's Batman who shows up as some crazy hobo, have some really awful CGI fight scenes where he looks like a rubber doll, and then gets killed over and over again like a b***h.

Barry never goes to Burton's universe. Just an alternate DCEU that happens to have Keaton as Batman. Same with Clooney. The DC multiverse is fairly large in scope.

I've no idea what you're talking about. Supergirl is only shown clothed and there's even a gag about she looking like a boy, with the confusing her initially with Cavill's Superman.

does zod brutally kill batman and supergirl?

Yes. Specially Supergirl who dies over and over again which pisses Flash number 2 since he likes her.

      Is Nic Cage in it?

        Anonymous

Yes, but his scene is awful. They took Brandon Routh's Superman and imposed his face on Routh's body through CGI. Looked weird as frick because Cage face doesn't fit Routh's skull at all.
They didn't even waste any effort to give him an unique costume or give him a long hair like in the behind-the-scenes footage from Burton's failed project.

I can tell what is said in this scene.
Barry finds Clooney's Bats and yell something like "But you're not Batman!" exasperated. Clooney's Bats then looks around behind, as you can see in the video, and ask "Barry, are you alright?" implying that this universe Barry is also played by Ezra Miller, somehow, and that they work together, and that Clooney's Bats is worried about him outing like that in public. The scene ends with Barry unhappy.

It is a gag written by James Gunn. It is supposed to be humorous. Barry tried so hard to go back to the Snyderverse, but now he is stuck in the Schumacherverse and thus his tooth fell down because he is like a battered wife with nowhere to escape, see.

WB mage a bunch of free test screenings all over the country in the hopes that the people that got to watch the movie would spread some good word of mouth on social media.
What is happening, though, is that a bunch of people secretly taped these screenings and are now leaking them all over while shitting on the movie.
