Shoulders aren't round, they have a kind of straight slope, the only movements that make it naturally develop as a ball shaped muscle is swimming, as the movement from swimming develops all shoulder muscles equally
All swimmers have ball shaped shoulders, but for weightlifters, that is just a byproduct of the gear that makes the very thinly straight muscles balloon in size while working on the rest of the body
The deltoid muscle may respond more easily to steroids, I don't know, but the shape itself can't be different, given the same amount of development.
The deltoid muscle has three main heads and the one defining the front/back silhouette is the middle one attaching to the acromion process (green in this animation). Usually it has a distinct shape that isn't simply round. But if someone works it out, or targets it like bodybuilders do, it can get more rounded even without steroids.

Making Abby a cute girl actually fixes her character so much that it's essentially not even the same character anymore. Also the fact that we dont have the same emotional attachment to Pedro and Ugllie the way we did with Joel and Ellie means that we will be much more sympathetic with Abby.
