Some anon revealed his very dark past and how he got out of the darkness after talking to a close friend, probably to inspire other anons in a similar situation, but he ended up getting doxxed and arrested because even after you delete stuff, it still hangs out in the depth layers of your hdd and cops can dig it up. There is a smurf fan forum that is like... One the oldest still active forums in the entire internet. It's mostly just grannies talking about merch, watercolors and embroidery
But there is a small section of it dedicated to the heavy autistic stuff like roleplaying and OCs, there is this drawgay guy who was very obsessed with baby Smurf torture and death, people started stalking him after discovering the pics but at that point the forum posts were a decade old.
People are still obsess with it because it's the closest of a real version of those shitty kid's creepypasta where the plot goes "i went to a wholesome granny forum and I found something VERY fricked up", but there is not much to it. The guy was a weirdo, he grew out of it and just moved on
