All these not-goofy characters live in a quantum fog. They only exist if there's something important for them to do.

She was likely born in the 60s, with her formative teenaged years in the mid-to-late '70s/early '80s, meaning at the time of the film she'd probably be in her late 30s or early 40s, pretty realistic to how she's portrayed.
Based on Max's age, Goofy is probably meant to be somewhere in his 50s at the time of the second film, meaning he'd have been born roundabout the late '40s, maybe sometime in the early '50s if you wanted to place him on the younger end of what's probable. It's pretty easy for me to believe that timeline, because I was born in 1990, my dad was born in 1956, and I was the 3rd kid, so for Max's age and the time of release that lines up pretty damned close as far as his Goofy's age relative to him and the way they portray Goofy as a father lines up pretty closely with how my dad was around that age (outside of all the cartoonish shit of course).
So yeah, probably around a 10 year age gap between them. And at that age with the kind of shape she was in, you know she was aching to railed, so good on him.

No way; her fetish for the '70s comes from never experiancing them as an adult. Perhaps she was a little girl. At least 10 years younger than Goofy.
She was likely born in the 60s, with her formative teenaged years in the mid-to-late '70s/early '80s, meaning at the time of the film she'd probably be in her late 30s or early 40s, pretty realistic to how she's portrayed.
Based on Max's age, Goofy is probably meant to be somewhere in his 50s at the time of the second film, meaning he'd have been born roundabout the late '40s, maybe sometime in the early '50s if you wanted to place him on the younger end of what's probable. It's pretty easy for me to believe that timeline, because I was born in 1990, my dad was born in 1956, and I was the 3rd kid, so for Max's age and the time of release that lines up pretty damned close as far as his Goofy's age relative to him and the way they portray Goofy as a father lines up pretty closely with how my dad was around that age (outside of all the cartoonish shit of course).
So yeah, probably around a 10 year age gap between them. And at that age with the kind of shape she was in, you know she was aching to railed, so good on him.
