When faced with people lesser than you, you can either let them bring you down to their level or you can use them to your advantage whenever possible.
If someone is stupid than chances are they probably have nothing to offer you in terms of mental fortitude, but that doesn't make them completely useless.
Personally I've learned a lot about observing these people, things like seeing why they are the way they are and drawing conclusions, and I've also noticed pitfalls in myself by noticing them in others first.
