They usually kill elderly or babies (you can count killing you own unborn babies here if you want) and get away with it. They don't often do it like Wuornos or the mass/spree killers even if they could physically pull the trigger, they don't often go on rapist kind of killing sprees either because you know.
There was also a modern case in Finland where a woman gave birth to half a dozen of her own children and then just let them die, a pretty unique case and it could kind of count as a "serial manslaughter". She only got caught because of a ridiculous reason along the lines of "I had to move to a different apartment and the new apartment didn't have a big enough freezer for the babies and people started complaining about the smell" for real.
You do end someone's life in a premeditated way if you do an abortion, whether you start counting from the conception or use a legal limit for abortion or whatever. If someone does multiple abortions for fun it could be called serial murder but it lacks the "unlawful" part so people don't usually talk about it like that.

You touched on something magic about the Devil’s Rejects that I didn’t grasp at first. I once made a normie friend of mine split an 24 pack of modelos and watch the trilogy with me. He liked the first, but was shaken by the second. “They’re supposed to be the bad guys but the movie makes them the good guys??? There’s a rape?????” It completely slipped my mind the first time I saw it, but on rewatch, the framing of the firefly family completely changes from the victims to the perpetrators, and almost brags about it lmao
The third is a bit of a step away from the second, but I still highly recommend it. That chemist with a scene or two from Mandy comes and becomes the third.

You touched on something magic about the Devil’s Rejects that I didn’t grasp at first. I once made a normie friend of mine split an 24 pack of modelos and watch the trilogy with me.
