I don't think it's the best show ever. Most of it was really meandering and it felt like the ramblings of some midwit Italian boomer. Had a lot of kino moments though but I'd watch something like Oz or True Detective over it anyday.

This line is delivered so poorly and awkwardly. Season 1 and 2 really are a frickin disaster that get worse every time I watch them. But everything after that just gets better each time I watch it.
I remember actually watching the show when it came out and it seemed so goofy to me, stupid dialog, absolute awful marketing 'if this family won't kill him the OTHER one will!!!', commercials taking snippets of scenes and adding dramatic Lifetime movie music even the acting felt forced. honestly can't believe how it improved.
