No it doesn't, it just looks like normal feet on tippy toes. The artist drew outright horse feet, they lack the cartoony ovalness of the original.

Does getting too many of your posts deleted put you up for a 3-day ban, even if no single post of yours was particularly ban-worthy? Drawanon's first post of Satina sitting on a guy's lap was admittedly fairly crude, and any drawing of a "Raisins" outfit has a high chance of removal, especially considering the shirt design. Drawanon also had several text posts removed, many of which were simple update posts saying they were getting back to drawing and such, but a handful of them were criticizing the janitorial duty of the thread (I do think the deletions went overboard in some places, imo).
Banned or not, I think the thread's definitely taken its toll either way. Satina threads at least aren't the rarest in the world, one seems to gain traction every month or so. There will be more opportunities to delve back into Satina discussion. It is nice how this series has relatively positive threads overall, barely any hate spammers or divided opinions since the show's so simple.

To the anon drawing these great Satinas, don't feel too guilty about being slow with them, it can be hard to juggle getting draws out between everything else happening IRL, but people are more than willing to wait for the quality that you are putting out. Well there's more to the concept than that, but it's all very autist, so I won't bore you with the details. I've encountered a number of artist that won't do it, either because they find it generally cringe, or just don't like the e-girl hooters concept, and I make a point not to hold it against them (unlike the jannies that constantly delete my Raisins posts despite it not breaking any rules, I do hold that against them). Everyone has different tastes, and not right for me to demand artists cater to them. That why I tried to advise the latex guy to calm down and not be "that guy", since I was once in a similar position. But alas it was all for naught.

There's gonna be more Satina threads in the future where you could've tried asking again, but your constant whining and pointless posting are just getting people to hate you and your request idea. If you're not ever gonna commission people to make your super-specific request, then you should at least work on accepting rejection and moving on when you're trying to get shit for free. Art is intimidating for a lot of reasons to many people, to the point where they feel they can never really get started with it as a hobby, even though they might really enjoy it. It's a different process for each person, but at the end of the day — YES. You don't even need to consider yourself an "artist" to be able to have fun with drawing and create things you like. With anything new, it takes some time and some good motivation (and remembering not to be too hard on yourself, lol), but it's definitely not impossible to get yourself going with art and see where it takes you. Someone making scribbles for shits and giggles in their free time on Cinemaphile can be a legit inspiration for others, it's dope.
