His version is unironically more entertaining and less of a slog.

the best version of Justice League is a combination of Snyder and Whedon versions

Joss Whedon can only write one character

Joss wasn't allowed to kill anybody so he didn't know what to do with himself.

Saying he botched it implies that it was going well until he got there. I think its pretty obvious that the movie was unsalvagable. It was always going to be a trainwreck, the only question was where on the tracks it derailed specifically.

He's joss whedon, quipperhero fatigue was beginning to set in, and the vastly superior version was released relatively soon after.
Oh, and he got outed for being a typical male feminist.

Did you see the Snyder Cut? It was an un salvageable movie from the getgo, Whedon was just the director that had the unenviable task to try and salvage that mess. At least with the Whedon version Supes was a hopeful likable character, Batman was at least sociable, and cyborg wasn’t some creepy dickless stalker

Frick off Joss, you real life ugly bastard.

It's funny how he understands how to write a female character better than any other capeshit writer/director nowadays, his Diana was kind, cute, funny, hot and sweet at the same time besides the KAL EL NO garbage that Snyder wrote, and I think that MoS and Ultimate BvS are masterpieces but ZSJL is borderline unwatchable, they should've kept Steppenwolf design, remove that cancerous filter and family, but tbh Snyder doomed this universe in the casting itself with Ray Ezra Gadot and Ayer put the last nail with Leto

      >Gadot
Wasn't supposed to be Diana in the first place.

There was so much going on with that mess of a film I don't think anyone could save it honestly.
I guess Whedon was a great scapegoat since the public turned against him.

He didn't have much to work with but did a good job at salvaging Snyder's mess to present a Justice League people might have enjoyed in the future

several of these responses all read like the same guy so I'm either convinced it's a falseflag WB intern which would be for the best since he's getting paid or some poor sap mindbroken into validating himself on the internet.

SnyderCut is genuinely worse outside some of The Flash stuff and his Superman vs The Justice League scene that was also in the theatrical
Most people who started watching it didn't even finish it even according to HBO Max
