Literally the ultimate male fantasy. You spend your days toiling away longing for love and a cute girl arrives from nowhere to save you from your crippling loneliness.
How do I get this movie out of my head
I can't fricking stop thinking about it
It's a great movie, probably one of my favorite animations. The story is simple and yet satisfying to watch, the characters are nice... overall a great movie.
Keep it in your memory as a nice movie, and try searching for others. Up was nice like the first anon said, The older Toy Stories are too. Same for Nemo, Inside Out, Incredibles...
My favourite Pixar, and I can't believe I nearly dismissed it.
UK trailer was garbage.
Saw the Japanese trailer when I was over there, I was blown away. Watched in Tokyo (English with jap subs). It was glorious. Put our theatres to shame too.
The environmental storytelling at the beginning is unparalleled to any other Disney or Pixar movie. I wish we had more animated movies that did that instead of having the main character do exposition dumps.
Agreed! I wonder if these types of robots have a name for their type of designs. You know usually white, screen eyes with no mouths, always flying or floating etc
I just looked her up and yeesh your right. The body is fine dear god the human looking face is fugly. I don't get why people thinking robots with human faces look good. Every single one I've seen is ugly as sin at worst and creepy/uncanny at best.

Yeah. Unless one is aiming at something unnatural/uncanny, giving a robotic-looking robot a human face is just weird.
I don't know if this is your first time, but that's what a truly novel (but simple) movie that pulls on your heartstrings feels like. You can healthily get it out of your system by enjoying wholesome fan creations and eventually watching other good stories.
Thinkway Toys Deluxe EVE
You can change her eye expression by pressing down on her head, her chest opens up so you can put the plant inside, and it also came with her gun-arm.
I saw this movie for the first time when I was stationed at an airbase in Iraq. I was involved in a tedious job that was basically the same day after day, working in a desert hell-hole that was barely habitable. I identified with Wall-E SO HARD during the first half of the movie it's not even funny.
Sadly, no EVE came along to break the monotony, and I returned back to the States wondering why a glorified trash-compactor could have a better love life than I.
Watch Up instead
I don't remember shit about Up except for the opening scene.
Low IQ take if ever there was one.
Low IQ is thinking Up is good.
Normie take
Very simple but effective love story. Great music too
Eve is cute!
I like how she's hovering with that expression in the theatrical poster.

still waiting for her bros
Even better, a cute robot lady

That scene where EVA puts WALL-E back together and he's just factory reset.
Fricking movie should be rated R for Raging Emotions.

It still had an exposition dump at the beginning, just via newspaper and billboards.
Eve is probably my favorite robot design.

Don't know if there is an official name for that aesthetic, but yeah I love it.
She's cute! Is she from something or is this a OC?
Edited version of Echo from Overwatch. Her official design is way worse.

probably Chrome Light or some shit
it reminds me of flat design/modern minimalist aesthetics
like apple products from that time were all white and rounded with black accents
I've heard somebody call the design style "apple-core" and I think it works.

I remember when this fanart came out.
My dad tries to watch it whenever its on TV and never manages to get past the opening, everytime he just sleeps trough the whole thing.
if a movie is stuck on your head, then it did a good job at getting your attention
Preppy white bot gets RUSTED *insert pick of eve’s cropped head being held by a rusty black robot*
That means it’s kino, which it is.
>"In the Axiom, you will survive"
AUTO is an interesting character.
I downloaded a shitty cam-rip of this after seeing it in theaters and watched it a ton
It's still one of my favorite movies
:3
Drossel's twintails broke off when she fell off my desk
Oh no! Well it's a good thing they did give us a few head accessory's. Also which Eve figure is that? Looks more detailed then the one I have.

Thanks, hopefully you bought it when it was new because boy howdy they look pretty expensive now.
Yeah, I got it as a gift soon after the movie released so it was probably pretty cheap.
I think I still have the accessories in a box with some other miscellaneous toy accessories
Heh, I actually still have mine, of course now all that remains is the hollow torso and head.
I had that EVE figure as an kid
I love robots so much, bros
Same bro, same.
SQUIRREL!
