I stopped watching at episode 7. It doesn't really "hook" me, it's just not very funny or entertaining in any way; the characters, although cute, are as bland as white bread.
I have more promising cartoons in my "watch later" list.

I haven't watched many new cartoons since Gravity Falls ended and picked this up to be on the bandwagon day one. Is there just no white people whatsoever in every show nowadays? I have yet to see more than one white person per episode while watching this

TGAMM had tons of memorable characters even if the writers didn't use them to their full potential. Hailey only has Beta.
and they couldn't have the decency to bring back Tammy, a sign of things going down hill.
Beta is the opposite of memorable, Anon, not even Uncle Ruckus' voice can save him.
I will remember him far more than anyone else in the show. And I do find him funny. He's no Scratch or Lord Hater, but he does frequently entertain me with his silliness. Uncle Ruckus VA does all the heavy lifting.
Also, he hates Scott, so I find him the most relatable character in the show.
I like Beta, he was kind of annoying at first but he works great serving as something as a straight man role.
I don't mind Scott but I agree he lacks personality. Its pretty damning when his little sister who only occasionally appears has more personality than he does.

Just watched the episodes, and they were fine. The only problems are the cheap reuse of old backgrounds and that Scratch didn't get a human form in the stories. They were fun episodes that used the cast well enough and were nowhere near the worst of the season. The songs were also good.
I didn't need Scratch "lore" when I watched this show to entertain myself with the characters' antics, and these episodes delivered. The name of the episode also made it clear it was gonna be one of those "storytime" episodes like Bob's Burgers.
I agree, I watch Molly (and Hailey) mostly for the way the characters bounce off each other. The plots themselves are pretty generic. TGAMM is becoming a bit predictable (it was obvious "Scratch was gonna get taken away to prevent cheating" and "Darryl has a change of heart" in the magician episode, both of which they've done plenty of times before) and HOI just feels too safe at times since its basically plot assured that Hailey can't lose.
You know you might be in trouble for leaking full episode (that has production stuff), right?
I'd rather wait for this episode to air offically in November.

They're both cute and fun in their own ways anon. No need to make it a competition. Though I do like how Hailey has so many little cute features going on. Glasses, chipped tooth, and freckles. Only thing that could have made it better was if she had braces as well. Either way it's all a good combo and I like that she and Molly can both be kind of ugly and silly looking some times.

Humor is usually cringe and Scott is unbearable.
That said, the maze/beta episode that was released last week was good. So the takeaway here is that the less of Scott there is in an episode, the better. Hailey needs better taste in men.

For the most part I like it, it's a very mellow cartoon. The humor is very hit and miss but I at least respect it keeps the humor character related instead of spamming nintenders jokes like Amphibia/Hacklet Falls.
But they really need something more interesting to happen, the birdhouse logo on the chaos bot was the biggest wiener tease so far they've had.
The Glitch Techs Effect. The cartoon in itself is okay, even good at times, maybe at worst occasional hiccups, but everyone online feels obligated to say its bad because the main character is hot and they want to appear objective.
