    1. Hire the MCU actors to the voices instead of voice actors that sound like them. It limits who will be in your What If by whether or not the actors are available to do voices.

    2. Tying the What If episode together instead of making them stand alone stories

You say that like them being shit makes this show any less shit, or that there weren't years of better stories prior to the last decade or so

Unfaiur comparison What if peaked at this panel and as such will never reach the same heights again. Only thing What if seasonb 2 had to do was make fun episodes

The concept of Captain Carter using preety much every gadget used in the season sounds fun as hell. But she doesnt they use alot of gizmos they have no idea even existed before not to mention the previous finale only hadc characters we learned to know through their episodes and wich are based on characters we already know from the MCU. The fun is seeing people we know in different scenarios instead what we got is native american girl one cosmic sneeze away from her peoples extinction and Captain Carter again except she isnt in any new Scenario she is literally doing the sasme things she always did over and over without any real change.

Captain Peggy Carter with the ultron infinity suit, Hela’s helm which gives her Hela’s powers, and some kind of green super sword no idea what the frick that is, it came from some fricked up Hulk.

why can't what ifs be more grounded? shit like bucky becoming cap, harry being bitten and so on would be more interesting stories than this garbage

          >What if...[situations no moviegoer has ever cared about and even lore nerds would struggle to justify]

These too. The first season had a pretty cheap pattern for the most part of just "what if X was Y" instead of more situational changes. This season gets more flexible (ignoring What If Hela Was Thor) but, not really more creative it interesting. Tony landing in Sakaar was good. Forming the same exact Korg + Valk team not so much, but then the show is obsessed with autofelatio and self cannibalism. Hell the early avengers were actually pretty cool, but then the team doesn't get much done beyond recruiting a kid that another kid already won over. Cyberpunk Nebula was neat, though Yondu, Howard, and "rock paper scissors" being around was forced. Then there's the fricking Happy Hogan episode which I can't think of a single soul wanting, not even the cast, but then I never felt much love for the character. The cheap Hulk Hogan and Die Hard jokes and an ugly model that they enjoyed enough to even reuse didn't help win me over. At my highest generosity though I could at least say those were all interesting ideas worth trying, but it wouldn't matter because it's not even half the season. No instead half the season is Peegy, then some strange OC story that feels like a failed, ripped Love Death and Robots tale with a Tesseract halfheartedly thrown in for universal containment. Then more Peggy, in fact the same one. Then both of them, with the Native girl not really even having a story so shocker it's even more of the same Peggy. It's a whole bunch of boring snowballing instead of plotting out actually compelling ideas, many of which are possible even within the shackles of the MCU timeline and the "What If?" question.

By having continuity, a set cast that appear in more than one episode, and callbacks to past episodes.

This should be an episodic series, not a new AU with the exact same 5 or so people constantly showing up.

The stones will never appear again in the MCU just like Thanos wont so they can without regards treat them like joke jobbers at every moment,

That image is everything wrong with modern power scaling. Even if this was male Captain America, I'd think it was stupid. Being the strongest, coolest dude ever doesn't automatically make you a good character.

For starters whatever weird cosmic pedestal Captain Carter is getting. I don't even dislike her character, per se, but she's literally just Steve Rodgers 2 with a dash of Girl Power (which this season skipped last anyway) and that ultimately still measures up to "peak human stats + all around cool dude" so her being this sole cosmic helper just feels eyeroll-worthy. Just about nothing she didn't had to be alone or had to be her, and since there was already a multiverse Avengers it's weird she's some form of alone and main character in all this. Constantly resoaking her story in the "boy it sure sucks you can't breed the everloving shit out of Steve " tragedy isn't exactly helping her character grow either. As for this final fight, I really don't get what they were thinking. The MCU made a team of powers, the first season made a team of powers, and then this skips the team for "Peggy can do it all but she has a friend (who shouldn't be super needed after the stones, and is an OC that isn't too fleshed out either) yippee" which is bogged down even more since to keep things nonviolent nobody's gonna be bleeding or even injured. Ignoring Marvels usual Same vs Same deal, there's something so much cheaper about the final fight just being impactless beam vs two impactless beams. Peggy gets several power ups and it lets her fire even more impactless beams or if she's really feeling it, some impactless punches and impactless frisbeeing. No wonder they couldn't think of a way to end it outside of tossing the bad guy into the fire and calling it a day.

Still with their origins, if either half existed. The weird cosmic neon warrior fairy Hulk, I've got no idea for, let alone what the sword does other than add a new color of beam.
