Call on mangakas of the shonen jump to choose the character they like most from marvel and reinvent it, then they write a one-shot introducing the new versions of marvel superheroes
And from that one-shot the writer on duty will work with that and develop it in his own way.
For once they should actually read manga before making the comics instead of making the comics based on the most shallows impression of someone who maybe saw an anime once.
