Big issue is that it's hard to make "Can make crazy fricking good tech" even if it's mostly just better mundane or gimmick shit, co-exist with "budget limited/broke" and have it make sense. Villains can pull it off by being egotistical deadbeat buttholes, just stupid outside of science, or just not focusing on it much, a great example is Shocker who could 100% become a billionaire overnight by building budget Shocker suits for the US military, or for another example Kingsley who managed to achieve the holy grail the US military spent fricking decades and hundreds of billions of dollars and who knows how many lives to fail and get in the form of a working no-drawbacks supersoldier serum with his perfected, insanity free Goblin Formula.
For a hero though that's a lot harder to explain without making them kind of moronic which isn't fun to watch. Even if they don't wanna do military tech most of them could corner all kinds of markets.

If given access to proper materials and financial backing, he'd be high street at the very least, likely settling around Iron Man territory, but his childlike innocence would likely keep him from realizing his full potential.
I don't see the hentai and rape scenes as particularly erotic to be honest, they're meant to be comedic more than anything (except for when dwight's wife gets raped)

it's a nice superhero movie, thats a love letter to the Batman tv show and golden age comics.
