that is why she is sharing the spotlight with black captain marvel and ms marvel. marvel knows they fricked up with brie larson's casting. having likeable and relatable actors is very important to them from a marketing standpoint. they get a lot of mileage on social media from press tours and interview with the actors. in those interviews it is clear the other actors don't like brie and everyone notices this and they do the same because she comes off as weird

Nah infinity war was the last decent one, after that came the deluge of Capt Marvel and she put her stink allll over endgame. Actually took me 6months to finish endgame because I turned it off in disgust 15 mins in because of how her character (having only 1 shoehorned in movie) was suddenly the boss, the most powerful and everyone should listen to her because the men failed.
I keep forgetting CM was before EG. I have pushed CM out of my mind so I didn't mind her in EG, I suppose. The first 3 phases + far from home, no way home, multiverse and probably guardians 3 will be what people will remember the MCU movies as. I expect flop after flop until cancellation after guardians 3. I dont expect to see secret war release
I will watch Antman 3 and GotG 3. I am curious to see what direction they take F4, especially who they cast and whether they introduce Doom.
No idea what Kang Dynasty is, If he is going to be the next BBEG I am a little disappointed (I would rather Doom), but I am looking forward to Secret Wars because I've heard that it is one of the better storylines.

Secret invasion is actually good with the skrull replacing a lot of the heroes and trying to conquer earth. Lots of tension and unease. Too bad the TV show won't have any of that, and captain marvel effectively neutered the skrulls.

I haven't been hyped for new marvel movies since the first Iron Man, and I haven't paid to see one in theaters since the first Avengers movie. I still watch them all on streaming piracy services--just finished Black Panther 2 tonight actually-- but it's clear they've long since lost the spark that made the early "infinity war saga" movies so popular in the first place.
