>before Disney buys them?
Disney's trying to get apple to bail them out. They don't have the capitol to buy wb and anti monopoly laws would prevent it anyway
Universal is the one buying wb, zaslav was hired to lower the value of the whole thing to make the sell easier for universal, that guy legit has zero artistic value and will keep selling and tanking wb until he gets his one final paycheck
>Disney >having the capital to buy anyone
lol you wake up from a coma? you think it's still like 2018 or something? Disney has stumbled and is one more disaster away from falling.
Anon. Peacemaker did worse than Hawkeye. And The Flash and Blue Beetle bombed. Disney doing bad doesn’t mean WB is doing good. The only success that WB has had is Barbie.
Barbie and the Harry Potter game both made more net profit than all disney movies and shows in 2023 combined, they're even turning a profit on streaming right now. If Disney didn't have the parks to subsidize all their money pits they'd be the ones getting bought
>Barbie and the Harry Potter game both made more net profit than all disney movies and shows in 2023 combined
That's all well and good, but there's no DLC or sequel confirmed for Hogwarts Legacy. WB plans to reboot Harry Potter completely, but let's not ignore the obvious fact that they'll do it with an all new, all diverse cast of mutts. As for Barbie, WB aims to ruin their one good score in recent years by turning it into a Barbie Cinematic Universe™ WITHOUT Barbie in it. There's no bright future with either of those franchises.
>That's all well and good
It's weller and gooder than disney which is only alive because the parks still bring some revenue, I shan't be reading the rest of your mousecope sorry
This is how it used to be with DVDs/Cable and TV. You kids just don't remember a time before every streaming service was swapping movies back and forward behind pay walls for years on end.
Imagine watching The Batman on 540p
Imagine watching The Batman
I left the theater during it.
Movie was really meh and batman being an emo teenager got old real quick
i liked the part where they establish he's an emo 27 year old.
YOURE NOT MY REAL DAD ALFRED
Imagine watching The Batman
>before Disney buys them?
Disney's trying to get apple to bail them out. They don't have the capitol to buy wb and anti monopoly laws would prevent it anyway
anti-monopoly laws would only come into effect if film was the sole or even primary source of entertainment for anyone.
Tubichads win again.
>Warner Bros bought by Disney
Frick Mickey Mouse.
you must frick mickey mouse before mickey mouse fricks with your kids
>new releases like "The Batman"
isn't that almost two years old
That Max rebrand completely killed them
Yep
At this rate I wouldn’t be surprised if Max isn’t dead in couple of years because “it makes more sense to just license shit to other distributors”.
Didn't they only rebrand because middle American moms refused to subscribe to the service because they assumed HBO is porn?
no it was just part of the merge deal. it's fricking stupid no matter how you try to explain it.
when will homosexuals stop spewing completely made up shit with "Didn't (this happen)?" preceding it? you fricking Black folk always know NOTHING
What the frick is Zaslav doing? He's running this company into the ground with these insane decisions.
Universal is the one buying wb, zaslav was hired to lower the value of the whole thing to make the sell easier for universal, that guy legit has zero artistic value and will keep selling and tanking wb until he gets his one final paycheck
Either Universal or Amazon will buy WB and DC.
Amazon especially has interest in DC because they bought JJ Abrams Batman cartoon and the Merry Little Batman cartoon movie that came out recently.
no one is buying a hollywood studio after discovery buying WB almost killed discovery, due to the amount of debt WB was in.
Again, most of that debt is from the previous mergers done with loaned money, same way Discovery added new debt with its acquisition
most of the debt was from leveraged assets
TubiSirs, how are you doing?
We eating good tonight! Already watched Batman and Batman Returns on Tubi. Can’t wait for the rest!
>Disney
>having the capital to buy anyone
lol you wake up from a coma? you think it's still like 2018 or something? Disney has stumbled and is one more disaster away from falling.
>How long does Warner Brod have left before Disney buys them?
Time travelers from 2019? It's literally the other way around now

Your argument was "WB is doing worse than Disney"
WB had Barbie, which means that they had more hit movies in 2023 than Disney
>That's all well and good
It's weller and gooder than disney which is only alive because the parks still bring some revenue, I shan't be reading the rest of your mousecope sorry
tubi is like a poor man's pluto
I bet tubianon is an indian
I like both but Pluto doesn’t even stream in 1080p, the bare minimum
Pluto’s ads are fricking terrible in terms of frequency and repetitiveness.
Pluto is fricking unwatchable now. You’re watching something and then you see ad 1 of 9 or 1 of 10. Frick that, I’m out.
Tubi destroys all the other streaming services including paid ones except maybe Criterion
This is how it used to be with DVDs/Cable and TV. You kids just don't remember a time before every streaming service was swapping movies back and forward behind pay walls for years on end.
