Just watch as old series are quietly just never shown ever again, removed from streaming services, or quietly edited or censored. The big fear is once a streaming show comes out and then removed or edited, and the originals are then lost.
And eventually every DVD and BR will crumble into dust, leaving only what's on streaming as the only official version. Who knows what version that might be?
Companies are pretty happy to burn all the old books because they need to sell new books. It's easier to sell capeshitter movie #563 if nobody can watch any of the previous movies anymore because they've been banned for wrongthink.
