Korg then pretty much reads her, like "ah so you're a belligerent alcoholic because you're always running away from the pain of losing your loved ones and you've totally closed your heart to new love due to the trauma" and she's like "yeah".

I liked the movie but I definitely remember multiple times before the release that the people involved in production mentioned valkarie was king of Asgard and she was going to find her queen. I wonder if it was originally planned to be either Lena Headlys character that got cut or Sif. I’m now wondering if they’re planning on pairing her with Carol Danvers since so many people wanted it to the same level if not moreso than Jon Krasinski Reed.
