        Incredibly

No, it and the Last Duel were revisionist and subversive onions media that took real history and raped it for the sake of decadent ideologies. The only thing kino about it was Baldwin IV but he was portrayed as too lenient on the israelites and Muslims which was my issue who of course are not stated to be anything but poor victims who dindu nuthin even though Muslims being savages kick-started the crusades.

Is Kingdom of Heaven worth watching and if so does it have to be the directors cut? That thing is 3 hours and 15 mins long. Can't find a good 2160p HDR of it either

              You're literally moronic.
If you show a trailer for Barry Lyndon to a room full of zoomers, maybe one or two of them will be interested in seeing that film.
You show the trailer from Napoleon to the same room, and most of them will be interested (this interest might fade by the time the film comes out but separate issue).

And even from a tech standpoint, that image you've posted is heavily compressed and grainy. You can see the film looks great underneath, but that pic is doing it no favours.

The script was focused on Josephine and Napoleon's tumultuous relationship, while being a biopic of his life and having 6 large battle scenes.
The work print was 4.5 hours. They cut 2 hours of Josephine's scenes to get the theatrical cut.
I'm not making this up. So I'm optimistic.

        >The script was focused on Josephine and Napoleon's tumultuous relationship, while being a biopic of his life and having 6 large battle scenes.
Literally the most boring and moronic part of Napoleon's career. What is Riddley even thinking of this? I don't think even foids want to watch about Napoleon's relationship with Josephine considering they cast a 50 years old vegan who looks like he is on death's door?

          Anonymous

Like I said, the majority of footage left on the cutting room flaw were Josephine scenes.
My theory is that the studio wanted it to be female-empowering before funding it, so Ridley purposely had the writer add a bunch of Josephine scenes as an afterthought that could be easily cut when the film was inevitably too long.
The execs ask for one thing at a pitch meeting. They ask for something entirely different when it comes to the theatrical release. As long as the theatrical cut is entertaining, I don't think they give a shit whose scenes were cut.

No shit. The studio doesn't have access to a large piece of land that has been modified to be a special-made mock battlefield with tons of prepared practical effects explosions, smoke, real 19th century cannons as props, nor thousands of military personnel, each with their own period-accurate uniform according to their rank, who got the time off duty to actually play extras in this movie, many of whom are also skilled at stunt-falling off a horse, and the studio isn't worried about horses getting injured and shit when they fall down.

Nothing this based will ever happen again.

Napoleon was literally a simp to Josephine though. Like he was out sweating his butt off in Egypt while she was screwing literally anyone she could find. And Napoleon would stick his fingers in his ears and scream if anyone tried to tell him.

That's actually accurate though, Napoleon was a massive pathetic simp for Josephine.
      >Since I left you, I have been constantly depressed. My happiness is to be near you. Incessantly I live over in my memory your caresses, your tears, your affectionate solicitude. The charms of the incomparable Josephine kindle continually a burning and a glowing flame in my heart. When, free from all solicitude, all harassing care, shall I be able to pass all my time with you, having only to love you, and to think only of the happiness of so saying, and of proving it to you? I will send you your horse, but I hope you will soon join me. I thought that I loved you months ago, but since my separation from you I feel that I love you a thousand fold more. Each day since I knew you, have I adored you yet more and more. This proved the maxim of Bruyere, that "love comes all of a sudden," to be false. Everything in nature has its own course, and different degrees of growth.
