How strong is Superboy Prime?

I've just recently learned about this alternate version of Superman and learned a few things about him.
>stronger than pre or post crisis superman
>exist in our real world
>hated the state comics were going in so much, he decided a crisis was necessary when he got to the 90'`
>can punch so hard he can cause ret-cons
>no kryptonite weakness
>solo'd the teen titans and young justice
>is an event level threat
Tell me some more info about him and and more impressive feats. Reading material is also appreciated. I'm interested.

Then he's also weaker than Superman since Goku and Superman are equal bros.

Even if this was true Superboy Prime could retcon punch Goku into being weaker

"Retcon" punch didnt even work. Prime got bodied but softened him up so Wonder Woman GOLD could stop him by chucking him into a super duper special sun

wtf are you talking about he beat Batkek to an inch of his life then remembered crisis crossovers are dumb and decided to touch grass and become a superhero IRL.

No, he's just aware he's in a comic book.

How can he be in a comic book if he's right there?

He's so powerful that stopped reading Dark Knights: Death Metal three quarters of the way through the book to go hangout with his girlfriend and Krypto.

Canon ending to Death Metal, they can pretend whatever theywant past it, that single issue was a christmas miracle.

The "real world" in DC that's almost like the real real world is literally just another universe in the DC multiverse.

          Anonymous

Normally that's not the case but they keep changing the rules. But some universes are more important than others, harder to destroy, which is why Anti-Monitor could wipe out a theoretical infinite but still need to prepare to wipe out the few remaining, the "real" universe is probably the hardest.

All the universe in the Multiverse are mere fragments of the original universe after Krona's tampering.

    Ivan Hunger

Anyone from Earth-Prime became a godlike reality warper in the other universes of the multiverse. They could "rewrite" the stories of these fictional universes just by concentrating hard enough.

Here's writer Cary Bates on a visit to Earth-2, demonstrating the ability. Overuse of this ability led to him becoming mad with power, and the Justice Society had to bring him back to his senses.

Superboy-Prime presumably also had the same ability, though he didn't seem to be aware of it. If he used it at all, he only used it subconsciously. It would explain why he seemed to be inexplicably powerful, even more so than a pre-crisis Kryptonian.

We need a proper Batman Prime who acts like a multiversal Agent Smith of DC

    >can punch so hard he can cause ret-cons
this is also because of properties of the paradise dimension crystal wall thing

im pretty sure superman-2 could've pre-crisis-lvl punched the same surface and gotten a similar continuity-altering effect to help clean up dc's continuity messes

He manually moved enough of the universe to shift it's center from oa. Like, he pushed celestial bodies out of the way so fast that people thought planets were being teleported via zeta beams

Wrong. Just like every kryptonian, he is only affected by krypto from his own universe. He is as immune to kryptonite as every other Superman is.

He exist wherever he is, but he comes from Prime Earth which is "like our universe" (i.e. no Lex Luthor presidency).

But a lot of fictions have Earths like our own.

People from other dimensions sometimes aren't affected by things from the dimension they're in, hence Prime's lack of weakness to kryptonite and magic when fighting in Earth0.

I kinda wished that they brought up how right before the Flashpoint Reboot they stuck Prime into the sourcewall.
I remember a lot of people were hoping during the DCYou stuff of there being this Clark Kent that showed up out of nowhere it would be Superboy Prime. Myself included.

The Source Wall was broken open when Black Hand touched it. I assumed that was when Clark was freed.

A lot of people thought that. It helped fuel the theory that new Clark Kent was Prime.
Then it ended up being MXYZ which was a decent story but obviously not what people hoped.
