As far as we know; hellborn (or for that matter, heavenborn) don't get an afterlife; that's a human "privilege".
Lets be realistic, it's not a privilege to endure an afterlife of any kind whether it's Hell or Heaven. Eternity even if you're living great eventually will get boring, stagnant, and maddening. Sooner or later you're gong to get tired doing the same old thing and even if you try new things eventually you'll get bored of that too. And that's the Heavenly scenario. Needless to say the Hell version is worse by default due to immorality and evil surrounding you.
The afterlife has always been a twisted punishment when you think long term. Sooner or later you will want your consciousness to simply end to stop the stagnation festering your mind.

So what happens when a Hellborn dies? That is a good question, you see, within all life, even the Hellborn, exists a little module of what I like to call "Luminescence" I believe it is what you Humans like to call "Soul". Anyway, whenever something dies, typically, this Luminescence proceeds to the sorting facility which is like a mix of a baby chicken sorting facility and a DMV. I'd show you the process of our totally dedicated and virile workstaff, but right now, the animation budget is recovering, so you'll have to wait about two quarters to see the process at St Peter's Department of Soul Sorting.
Anyway, those with Good Souls are sent to Heaven, and those with Bad Souls are sent to Hell, pretty simple really. Makes you wonder why we even have this whole Department of Sorting thing.
