Not really because Mary Sues are INSERTED into existing settings, like Miles is, all of those you brought up had their own stories and settings that revolved around them, if you added a Superman-like character as a sidekick to Spider-Man he'd be a Mary Sue, but in the setting he created he's just the mythical Hero
