>Even on the higher end animation still takes a full year >Meaning these morons thought COVID would still be a hot issue even in mid to early 2022
Actual insanity
Yeah the cold of 2019 virus kills a lot of people that are very old and immunosuppressed but luckily it isn't nearly as bad as mRNA infecting the liver cells and causing said liver cells to mass produce spike proteins straight into the bloodstream for 6 months in a row before the majority of infected liver cells die out from old age and are replaced by new ones (hopefully, assuming the mRNA damaged the reproductive stream of code when it was randomly inserted into the cell), not only is it like fiberglass in your bloodstream but the constant rate of spike proteins make your white blood cells no longer react to the spike protein (nearly exactly like how doctors treat peanut allergies by introducing it to your body in a slow steady stream over time to get your body to no longer react to it, except 10000x the dose you would give for a peanut allergy upfront) lmao.
How can you just spew that nonsense with a straight face? What is it about the internet that makes people think they know even a fraction of how dna and rna works after some crank youtuber says nonsense.
In countries that can still afford to track it yeah it is still running rampant and killing everyone. Don't worry though when you're done with your latest riot excuse or mass shooting I'm sure the hospitals will be exposed for charging crazy amounts to treat long covid sufferers who will be called fake victims or something. So Covid will be back in the news in another year or two and this episode will be timely again!
>Spend the last 3 years being lectured to about how I must trust globohomosexual because they know more >In the end, the confederate waving flag hick downs the street who never believe in Covid ended up being more right
The advantage and disadvantage of conservatives, depending on the situation, is that conservatives don't believe we know better than our ancestors did.
This doesn't always work out, but if you asked someone from a past pandemic how it was going to end, they'd say "everyone gets it, some of us die and the rest of us go back to normal," which is what happened this time too.
It would have been better if this was the first pandemic we ended by vaccinating our way to herd immunity, but the advantage of saying "that'll never work because it's never happened before" is it's usually right. And then occasionally it's wrong.
It doesn't provide immunity from infection, no. It does make infections easier to survive for the minority of people who are at risk of dying from infections, though I know you don't believe that.
But yes, since we were already living with coronaviruses don't give permanent immunity, and no one ever came up with a coronavirus vaccine before, the odds were against vaccination as a strategy for stopping people from getting infected, but hardly anyone seemed to plan for what would happen if we got high vaccination rates and the COVID waves kept coming anyway.
>It doesn't provide immunity from infection, no.
So repeating it endlessly was a lie?

you don't know how vaccines work, it's not a lie

I think it was less a lie than flagrant stupidity. The vaccines were never made to stop infections, but the original tests showed incredible effectiveness at stopping infections, and that led to the idea that we could vaccinate our way to permanent herd immunity if we vaccinated enough people.
The fact that we can get common-cold coronaviruses again even months after catching them should have been enough to tell them that they had to wait and see how long infection immunity would last, but they barrelled ahead, and they reduced trust not only in this vaccine but in vaccines in general.
Experts couldn't just accept that it was enough to try and prevent deaths.
I remember "VACCINES BAD" being the narrative when I was younger. The one I always remember in particular was one hit piece of some chick getting an extremely rare neurological condition after getting a shot.
Essentially she could walk sideways and backwards fine, but the condition was that she was incapable of walking forwards whenever she was aware a camera was on and rolling. She was a wobbly mess until she thought the cameras were off, then she was fine to get up, hop into a car going "tee hee please dont tell anyone Im driving."
how the hell were the ones who 'didn't believe in covid' more right? Shitloads of people died, anon. A whole lot of those hicks also died, and tons of people have long-term negative health effects that will likely be with them for the rest of their lives.
1. It’s already been proven a lot of those “Covid deaths” were marked incorrectly
2. Like
>Fact: Covid didn’t go anywhere yet the world still went back to normal >B-But the vaccine! >Doesn’t prevent you from catching or transmitting covid >Statistically most of the world isn’t fully vaccinated >Literally nothing changed between now and last year yet nobody wears masks anymore
Kek
said, nothing changed. What do doctors tell you to do now if you’re infected with Covid? Stay home and treat it like a cold.
>1. It’s already been proven a lot of those “Covid deaths” were marked incorrectly
It sure would be nice if people could fricking source claims like these, 'everybody knows' is not an actual fact, it's a feeling, and facts don't care about your feelings, right?
>The old and the vulnerable died to an infectious disease
So? That's basically how everyone normally died before antibiotics and will be again once the antibiotics stop being effective.
It's more that the people who said "almost everyone is going to get COVID and there is nothing we can do to stop it" were right. That overlaps with the people who don't think it was a real pandemic but isn't the same thing.
This should have been obvious and if you look at the way the pandemic was covered early on, a lot of articles were written saying most people would get COVID and we were just going to have to live with it. Things changed fast when it became clear that vaccines were going to arrive in record time, but the ending was the same as every other pandemic, just after vaccines.
So, what, you're implying the vaccine was completely pointless? Then why would they do it? And don't suddenly turn this into 'alien radiation beam nanomachines CRISPR gene editing to make us into gay submissives' alex jones nonsense. Be serious. What fricking reason would people have, what profit would be realistically made, by trying to get people to get a vaccine that wasn't useful.
Not pointless. They're getting an incredible amount of data now on the effectiveness of experimental gene therapy.

It's extremely easy for mRNA to get in certain human cells without an intermediary host like a virus (intestinal lining, liver), some people have done things like give themselves the ability to digest milk by literally ingesting mRNA for the enzyme needed to digest it and from studies it does work.
The "Operation Warp Speed" vaccines are all mRNA based which is not only novel but we now know caused people's body to produce the spike protein for the virus for 6 months due to literally genetic engineering the human body (UNINTENDED) as opposed to previous vaccines that are viruses but with the ability to reproduce removed (take much longer to develop).
A good thing we learned from Covid-19 mRNA vaccines and in vitro is that injected mRNA will mostly affect the liver, so being able to genetically engineer liver cells into proper function (and even treat Hepatitis A/B/C) with a bi-yearly injection in the arm / thigh is a strong possibility in the next 20 years. The bad part is that there is a lesser buildup in the gonads of mRNA compared to the liver (99% liver absorb vs about 1% gonad) so who knows what it'll do there.
>So, what, you're implying the vaccine was completely pointless?
No, I think that once vaccines were on track to be available very quickly, experts and governments decided it was worth trying to stop infections, because if you delayed infections until after vaccines, then we could make infections less severe (which happened) and maybe even prevent them completely (which didn't).
If there had been no vaccine coming then everyone would have done something like the UK's original plan.

Ah, okay, that sounds reasonable, I apologize if I was defensive, I am slightly inebriated and I am tired of dealing with anti-vaxxer quacks on facebook and shit.
The vaccines were sold as a way to stop covid. They didn't, but governments around the world bought them anyway. They continued to believe that One More Jab would fix it, since the powers that be aren't actually that smart and the people who run pharma companies can smell a mark a mile away. Forcing people to get it was part of the pharma grift.

so if you want to stop big pharma, you should support single-payer healthcare that dismantles corporatized medicine. Numerous european countries have exceptional healthcare with little to no corporate malfeasance because they simply snipped that aspect of society out of the capitalism ecosystem. I'm not even saying we have to dismantle capitalism entirely, I'm saying that much like how you don't pay for the fire department to come and put out your house fire, eliminating corporatized healthcare should be your number one answer for preventing Big Pharma from doing anything, by just taking Big Pharma out back and blowing its' brains out with a double-barrel shotgun. All healthcare can be handled by a single-payer system that eliminates overcharging by sheer use of negotiating force. They can play by the rules, or they can frick off. None of this "$700 charge for holding your baby after delivery" nonsense.

If they wanted to do a covid episode it should have been about the virus being over and laughing about the people who still where masks. Granted in California the pandemic didn't really end until like September 2022
>~~*politics*~~ is good when it's people I don't like being the punchline
Tell me how rad South Park was "because they made fun of everyone!" until out of nowhere they just started sucking at around say, oh I don't know, 2015...
>~~*politics*~~ is good when it's people I don't like being the punchline
Yes.
You twitter weirdos are always saying "Everything is political, you can't NOT make media political," so if that's the case then I want to see media start actually poking fun at those who deserve it. Namely, people who still mask up in their fricking cars just to go to the nearest Drive-thru for lunch.
That estimate seems low. Especially considering that a vast majority of actual imunocompromised people have been in clinical isolation long before "covid" was a thing.
>immunocompromised is just a dog whistle for "has aids"
Every single person with cancer would disagree with you there mate. It's also all the fat fricks who ate themselves into diabetes. And that's a lot of you.
I am immunosuppressed. I dunno how. I was marked it and get messages about it. So I still occasionally wear masks, but not all the time. Depends on how busy it is and the type of store. If people want to carry on wearing masks, go for it. People in Japan and China carry on wearing masks as normal anyway. People in Middle Eastern countries often wear masks due to the sand/dust kick up anyway.
I don't understand why people care that other people decide to do a thing.
I love how you homies suddenly became immunocompromised over COVID, but I never saw a mask before April 2020 on anyone that wasn't Asian.
Never mind that the 2018 and 2019 flu season were some of the worst in US history
I'm listed as "immunocompromised" but I never wore a mask, and never caught the disease. My health did improve during the pandemic as I got to stay home, the public is more dangerous with spreading disease than any chinese virus.
>Never mind that the 2018 and 2019 flu season were some of the worst in US history
Since when has anyone in the US lived like they have paid healthcare? You fat fricks eat like you get free healthcare, why would you wear masks? MUH FREEDOM to spread the flu around is MAH RIGHTS
A dimly lit room filled with hi-tech gadgets and a giant map of the world on the wall. SLY COOPER, a suave raccoon with a mischievous grin, is surrounded by his trusted friends, BENTLEY, a brilliant turtle hacker, and MURRAY, a strong and jovial hippopotamus.
SLY
Alright, team, listen up! We've got a new case on our hands. The notorious villain, CLOCKWERK, has resurfaced, and we're going to stop him.
BENTLEY
According to my analysis, Clockwerk has stolen a priceless artifact, the Thievius Raccoonus, from the Cooper Vault. We need to retrieve it before he uses its power against us.
MURRAY
You can count on me, Sly! Let's take down that mechanical menace and save your family's legacy!
EXT. PARIS ROOFTOPS - NIGHT
Sly, Bentley, and Murray leap gracefully across rooftops, their silhouettes highlighted by the moonlight. They approach a heavily guarded museum, filled with state-of-the-art security systems.
SLY
Alright, team, time for some classic Cooper moves. Bentley, disable the laser grid. Murray, take out those guards quietly. I'll handle the museum's security system.
INT. MUSEUM - NIGHT
Bentley hacks into the security system, expertly disabling the lasers. Murray sneaks up behind the guards, swiftly incapacitating them without making a sound. Sly gracefully bypasses motion sensors and unlocks the entrance.
SLY
We in. Let's find that Thievius Raccoonus.
INT. MUSEUM VAULT - NIGHT
The team infiltrates the vault, discovering the Thievius Raccoonus encased in a glass display.
SLY
There it is, the Thievius Raccoonus. We have to be careful team. Clockwerk's traps are never far away.
Just as Sly approaches the display, the room shakes, and an alarm blares.
BENTLEY
Sly, the museum's on lockdown! We've got to get out of here!
EXT. MUSEUM ROOFTOP - NIGHT
Sly, Bentley, and Murray race across the rooftop, chased by security guards and robotic sentries. Sly pulls out his cane, utilizing it as a grappling hook to swing them to safety
I don't know why they thought 'lol social distance, masks, swabs!!!!111" would still be fresh and hilarious by time this episode aired. If I was Hulu I'd just let them scrap this shit. It fricking reeks.

Mostly it was the idea that COVID could be stopped, when if it could be stopped it wouldn’t have become a pandemic in the first place. Even places that could do Zero COVID were just delaying infections until after vaccines arrived.
The way the pandemic ended — almost everyone gets it and then it keeps circulating forever— was the only way a pandemic was ever going to end, but media (fiction and nonfiction) are obsessed with the idea that there’s an easy fix for everything and only selfishness stands in the way.
Literally everyone chose to do risky things, even the ones who claim they didn’t. It’s just being human. But compared to any other pandemic everyone did more.
More to the point, if everyone wore masks or stopped having people over to their homes or whatever that would just delay the spread, because even if you eliminate the virus in one place, it gets back in later.
But media coverage acted like if everyone wore masks etc. we could end the pandemic, when that’s actually supposed to make the pandemic longer (with a flatter curve).
The goal was always to minimise the spikes and flatten the curve so that the healthcare system wouldn’t crash when everyone is a sick at the same time. And especially in the beginning it was even more dire because nobody knew how to treat people effectively, and hospitals in epicentres of the spread were flooded. China also proved that it was possible to basically extinguish the virus. But as the rest of the world didn’t follow effectively suit so the virus just kept circulating and circulating and mutating while people were refusing to follow basic safety guidelines
Yeah, flattening the curve made sense, though it still went against actual pandemic plans that called for schools to remain mostly open, no masks, etc. (Part of the gaslighting was that "basic safety guidelines" meant throwing out the actual pandemic guidelines.) But by mentioning China you're showing the way people were misled. Most places couldn't do what China did, hard enforced lockdowns and total border shutdowns. That meant everyone was going to get COVID eventually unless every single country in the world managed to eliminate it.
So everyone should have been preparing for everyone to get COVID over the years, and instead the messaging was that COVID was avoidable if people would only wear masks more, which gave people false hope and made them falsely blame each other for COVID spreading.
See, I could have seen them doing a covid episode and having it be funny even way past when it was relevent back in the day.
But the writers aren't good enough nowadays to make it funny.
They'll take the message that they're trying to make too seriously, make it way too obvious without any sort of creativity or subtlety, and insert as many existing characters into it as possible.
Favorite like one i actually enjoyed? Having lived in Florida for the majority of it, it was seeing the moronic ideas businesses had to justify staying in business. Bars having a drive thru service and my local Chinese takeout place building a big screen on the counter with a box where they'd put your food in, close the door, and you open your side. Only the entire thing was made out of cheap plastic and plywood like they were only given 15 minutes to build the whole thing.
>tfw live in Texas >other than the first two weeks, the rest of the plandemic was spent laughing at citycucks in other states dealing with totalitarian police state rule
Literally nothing changed other than more places began offering delivery and shit.
I was the same way, but I live in a bad part of a city. No one social distanced, we had a lot of covid testing areas around, only a few places asked me to put my mask on (which I did because I'm respectful).
In fact, it was only pharmacies and small places where people had no choice but to bunch up that enforced the mask rules. Other places were just kinda like "eh".
Its easy to say "That's because no one wants to deal with you nignogs shitting up the place!", but still, I'm happy things turned out like how it did. I saw some places that looked absolutely draconian, so I appreciated the mild reminder of "Oh, can you put your mask on?" every now and again.
I was at a college during the initial couple of months, from march to june when the quarter ended. It was fricking eerie, to be surrounded by a campus designed for use but prevented from being used, yet contractually obligated to operate because I had paid tuition, so like 85% of the student body had left but I still had computer programming classes to take, but I just did the school work on the computer in my dorm room. It was a three-person unit and the other two guys were gone, and of the like 12 other units on my floor and the 3 extra floors in the dorm building, there were maybe 6 other people total. It was deathly quiet, yet still technically operative. It felt like 28 Days Later, at times, where I'd look around and feel like the last man on earth yet I still had to get to class by 10:45. "Liminal", but in the actual sense of that it felt like an unreal space in a dream.
There were white people assaulting employess because the employees suggested they mask up. Somehow the Black folk were the ones just going about their day with minimal issues.
Reminds me of a book quote...I'm sure you know which one.

The difference between you and I is that I know people aren't shit, yet you just want to own those damn nig nogs at all cost.
Anyway, I'm happy my covid times weren't too dystopian. We manage to have both covid testing spots, and people who didn't really give a shit.

You’re the one who anon survived covid because the vax so how did I survive in unvaxxed?

Yes, but it is not the only function of the vaccine. It also gives you a better chance of survival.I'm sorry you got sick, seriously.
>the vaccines are totally effective everyone needs it to live >wait they are mostly effective >wait they only kind of work and you need booster shots >wait they dont stop you from getting sick and dont stop you from spreading it but you still need it anyways >omg new variants get the boosters >lets photoshop a picture of joe rogan to have grey skin to shit talk ivermectin despite it being in use on humans for decades and winning awards
i mean the jokes kind of show exactly why it shouldn't come back, if it did, it would be horrifically out-of-touch. Luckily the brand isn't valuable enough financially to justify investors pouring millions and millions of dollars into bringing it back, they might be hacks but even they know how not to just burn money.
Personally it's "let's shorten store hours to shorten the spreading times" as if the fact that shorter hours makes locations more crowded wasn't super obvious
>what was your favourite covid-19 moronation?
That we need restaurants. All those shitty places that went out of business that were pointless but acted as moronic storage. If only we could have had mcdonalds go under.
IT'S, IT'S JUST SMART AND FUNNY OKAY??? DO YOU KNOW THEY DO REAL WORLD PROBABILITY MATH SOMETIMES???
PICKLE-ZINGA!
DID YOU KNOW THE GOOD GUYS DESPITE BEING OBVIOUS buttholeS NON-STOP ARE THE GOOD GUYS AND THE BAD GUYS ARE BAD GUYS? IT'S BECAUSE THE WRITERS MADE THE BAD GUYS DUMB AND STINKY!

PICKLE-ZINGA!
Celebs realized they were getting fricked over and they showed how out of touch they are and they did as much as they could to try to force themselves to be relevant
Who gives a shit about covid discussions it's simple if you had people you knew dying in droves you believe it if you come from little towns and are lucky you don't no matter how well each of the faction proves what, humans are monkeys, they only believe what they experience. So how are the non-covid Futurama episodes? Is there a mega yet?
>5G towers causing covid symptoms >Twerking nurses >Fashionable masks >Celebs allowing us to eat cake >Curfews >Guilt-tripping and emotional blackmail >Zoom >All the unsold food that had to be destroyed >Pregnancy tests sold as covid tests >Fake cures >China stealing our supplies
No, the joke is to photoshop old Futurama scenes into looking like it came back and is super out of touch, I hate to break kayfabe but people should know that it's just a meme, even if it's a fun one. It's like Goncharov. At least people should know that Groening would never let his darling baby be this out-of-touch.
>Even on the higher end animation still takes a full year

Actual insanity
And also there Will do a cancelled culture epsiode.
the scripts were written in 2020
these morons thought COVID would still be a hot issue even in mid to early 2022
Well, it still is. covid is still present. And is still killing.
never happened
The last news I heard was Japan having an outbreak that is straining their hospitals.
Die.
Anon, I have the dumb and need you to say it even simpler.
Sad!
fricking hell
Let me guess, the "joke" is "trust the experts(tm), don't think for yourself (you're too stupid)"
you're too stupid to think for yourself based on what you posted
Libshit, you were wrong on the vaccine. Just take the L instead of pretending you didn't look like a grade A suck up.
I’m sure those mass deaths from clots will be coming any day now, after all, /misc/ said so…
>Spend the last 3 years being lectured to about how I must trust globohomosexual because they know more
>In the end, the confederate waving flag hick downs the street who never believe in Covid ended up being more right
What did they mean by this?
Source?
The advantage and disadvantage of conservatives, depending on the situation, is that conservatives don't believe we know better than our ancestors did.
This doesn't always work out, but if you asked someone from a past pandemic how it was going to end, they'd say "everyone gets it, some of us die and the rest of us go back to normal," which is what happened this time too.
It would have been better if this was the first pandemic we ended by vaccinating our way to herd immunity, but the advantage of saying "that'll never work because it's never happened before" is it's usually right. And then occasionally it's wrong.
>vaccinating our way to herd immunity
The "vaccine" doesn't provide immunity.
I think that's a bit disingenuous.
>for a hundred years scientists that got man to
the moon told us that vaccine for common cold was impossible to make
>suddenly, "scientists" that by their own admission don't know what a woman is start telling everyone that they have made a vaccine for common cold
You don't have to be a genius to figure this one out.
2. Like
said, nothing changed.
Why do you have this saved to your phone you stupid homosexual?
Crap, I forgot to tell you to die.
>1. It’s already been proven a lot of those “Covid deaths” were marked incorrectly
fake news
>The old and the vulnerable died to an infectious disease
So? That's basically how everyone normally died before antibiotics and will be again once the antibiotics stop being effective.
So why do you refuse to allow people to medicate?
Be serious. What fricking reason would people have, what profit would be realistically made, by trying to get people to get a vaccine that wasn't useful.
no, the vaccine met its goal
Not pointless. They're getting an incredible amount of data now on the effectiveness of experimental gene therapy.
you are a moron
What 'gene therapy'. What bizarre, baseless conspiracy theory have you tripped and fallen face-first into like a three-stooges gag. Are the 'elites' trying to use gene therapy to turn everyone on earth into homosexuals? Is it intended to castrate all aryan men? What nonsensical racial-grievance-based bullshit are you going to try and tie to 'gene therapy'?
Tell me anon, does the majority of the population get the flu shot every flu season?
In countries without for profit healthcare quite a high percentage do yes. Not sure about third world countries like the US though.
>>In the end, the confederate waving flag hick downs the street who never believe in Covid ended up being more right
>My internet headline that did a study that conspicuously omits the sampling methodology says I’m right
Go ahead and post the sample size.
Confirmation bias is not reality. You’re arguing against the science you claim to love so much. A vaccine does not prevent you from getting infected red.
you could always google the headline moron-kun
https://www.nber.org/system/files/working_papers/w30512/w30512.pdf
Post the sample size. Why are you scared? I don’t need to click the article to know the sampling methodology is bullshit.
>Post the sample size
you are literally replying to a post that includes the link to the study in question.
Why are you too scared to post it? This is your chance to prove me wrong glowie
you can see the sample size by reading the study.
The fact you’re too scared to post it means that the “study” is nonsense. I win. You Redditors always fold when someone asks for evidence.
>The fact you’re too scared to post it
I did post it. why are you so scared to read it?
Because I don’t want you to prove me wrong. There I called your bluff. Prove me wrong and post the sample size in this thread so we can all see
I like how you went to the trouble of posting a headline, finding the article, but not posting the excerpt Anon is challenging you to post (because that is the only thing that matters) because you know for the fact you’re full of shit.
Like for fricks sake, that headline alone should clue you in. How do you even create a study like that?
>Like for fricks sake, that headline alone should clue you in. How do you even create a study like that?
sounds like a question that could easily be answered by clicking the link that was posted and reading the study.
Nobody who knows anything about sampling is falling for your gaslighting. You made the claim, it’s up to you to prove it. You clearly didn’t read your own study and probably don’t know what a sampling methodology is. You just read a bait headline and agreed with it because you’re a brainwashed tard. You’re hoping by posting the article, the anons who are jumping on you will go away.
>prove your claim
>okay heres proof
>lmao i'm not reading that shit
Link me the actual proof, and not a clickbait article.
>Link me the actual proof
K
You’re right, I’m not reading it. Post the sample size they used in this very thread and then I’ll read it. You could have done that instead of spending hours arguing about why you won’t. Gee I wonder why?
Frick me, you are dumb
>Voter registration records from 2017

>The increase is extremely small and marginal with no real significance at all.
Yes. You lot have double standards so why shouldn't we?
South Park started sucking in 2011
Yeah, let’s laugh at the immunocompromised trying to protect themselves like sociopathic freaks we are
Yes, let's
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
you will die painfully and god will laugh at you
99.99% of the people doing forevercovid are not immunocompromised.
That estimate seems low. Especially considering that a vast majority of actual imunocompromised people have been in clinical isolation long before "covid" was a thing.
immunocompromised is just a dog whistle for "has aids"
>immunocompromised is just a dog whistle for "has aids"
Every single person with cancer would disagree with you there mate. It's also all the fat fricks who ate themselves into diabetes. And that's a lot of you.
i was only baiting
also the elderly and children
I am immunosuppressed. I dunno how. I was marked it and get messages about it. So I still occasionally wear masks, but not all the time. Depends on how busy it is and the type of store. If people want to carry on wearing masks, go for it. People in Japan and China carry on wearing masks as normal anyway. People in Middle Eastern countries often wear masks due to the sand/dust kick up anyway.
I don't understand why people care that other people decide to do a thing.
Anti-maskers would go crazy during a Japanese flu season
I love how you homies suddenly became immunocompromised over COVID, but I never saw a mask before April 2020 on anyone that wasn't Asian.
Never mind that the 2018 and 2019 flu season were some of the worst in US history
Almost like people learned to be more careful and saw the advantages of masking after having to do it for awhile.
And Covid was still far deadlier than even the common cold
For fricks sake DIE
the what, krautanon?
DIE!!!!!!!!
And then, strangely, 2020 barely had any flu cases.
Gee I wonder ~~*why*~~?
>Never mind that the 2018 and 2019 flu season were some of the worst in US history
Since when has anyone in the US lived like they have paid healthcare? You fat fricks eat like you get free healthcare, why would you wear masks? MUH FREEDOM to spread the flu around is MAH RIGHTS
Die in agony. Die in horror.
You’re still wearing a mask and not leaving your house, aren’t you?
I want to stab everyone still wearing a mask.
Nah, I don't feel like it.
It is rather humorous how one of the most onions hobbies an adult can have, comics and cartoons, attracts such sad and angry losers.
I guess no matter how much they want to they can never truly escape from the reality they're escaping from.
You mock Cinemaphile calling the hobby pathetic, and yet you are here. Why?
To laugh at you. To remind myself humanity isn't worth respecting.
This thread and you dumb homosexual nerds complaining about reboot #1029345 was on the front page, homosexual.
yeah, even if its wrong it could be made funny.
>still where masks
It’s wear moron. Didn’t you become an expert in the English language too when you were devouring anti mask literature?
Federal mask mandates, mostly in government buildings, were only lifted in May 2023.
INT. SLY COOPER'S HIDEOUT - NIGHT
Im hooked
What even happened to Sly Cooper?
Died in an officer involved shooting.
This can't be worse than the Susan Boyle episode. Nothing will ever dethrone that as the worst Futurama episode.
eye phone
Same episode actually
Nature documentary episode
frick off the nature documentary episode was kino
the iphone episode is worse
The only genuine example of being mean spirited that I can think of.
That poor woman never did nothin to nobody.
We're just out of the pandemic, I really don't like being reminded of it
I don't know why they thought 'lol social distance, masks, swabs!!!!111" would still be fresh and hilarious by time this episode aired. If I was Hulu I'd just let them scrap this shit. It fricking reeks.
Eh?
Didn't Futurama end like... a decade ago?
Did it get renewed recently?
Nothing can ever be allowed to rest. The dead will be dug up from their grave and paraded around because we've run out of good ideas.
I hate the bad animation you could see in parts of the trailer, they probably have less budget than even the cc days.
I mean it's the same show that did the Titanic story twice.
If they dont make fun of people for getting histerical because they're too stupid to figure out the government was lying about everything then it's just going to be propaganda
WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF TOMORROW
>told the world is ending and everyone will die from China flu
>forced to play along or become a social pariah especially if you work in libcuck setting like academia
>find out it’s just a meme cold killing old geezers who were going to die already
>whole world, even libcucks decide that we go back to normal as if nothing happened
>except now everything is israelited and rent is unaffordable, but don’t notice that stupid goyim
I hate everything that reminds me of this moronation. I’m not listening to anything a israelite or fed tells me ever again
How timely and relevant
Hey at least it's not a meme celebrity.
compare this ep to any of the topical ones in the cc era and it's so much better it's unreal
the topic is just there, the humor is exactly the same as the other fox episodes and is really divorced from the nappster joke
I just want them to get married for real.
They have nothing in common besides proximity.
And sometimes that's enough.
Mostly it was the idea that COVID could be stopped, when if it could be stopped it wouldn’t have become a pandemic in the first place. Even places that could do Zero COVID were just delaying infections until after vaccines arrived.
The way the pandemic ended — almost everyone gets it and then it keeps circulating forever— was the only way a pandemic was ever going to end, but media (fiction and nonfiction) are obsessed with the idea that there’s an easy fix for everything and only selfishness stands in the way.
>and only selfishness stands in the way.
You literally had millions of people going FRICK YOU I DON’T NEED TO DO SHIT every step of the way.
DIE!!!!
>China also proved that it was possible to basically extinguish the virus
lol
Yeah, flattening the curve made sense, though it still went against actual pandemic plans that called for schools to remain mostly open, no masks, etc. (Part of the gaslighting was that "basic safety guidelines" meant throwing out the actual pandemic guidelines.) But by mentioning China you're showing the way people were misled. Most places couldn't do what China did, hard enforced lockdowns and total border shutdowns. That meant everyone was going to get COVID eventually unless every single country in the world managed to eliminate it.
So everyone should have been preparing for everyone to get COVID over the years, and instead the messaging was that COVID was avoidable if people would only wear masks more, which gave people false hope and made them falsely blame each other for COVID spreading.
moron!!!!!!!
>Don't worry, they said the lockdowns will be over in two weeks.
>Oh thank god. How long ago was that?
>2019
Favorite like one i actually enjoyed? Having lived in Florida for the majority of it, it was seeing the moronic ideas businesses had to justify staying in business. Bars having a drive thru service and my local Chinese takeout place building a big screen on the counter with a box where they'd put your food in, close the door, and you open your side. Only the entire thing was made out of cheap plastic and plywood like they were only given 15 minutes to build the whole thing.
>tfw live in Texas
>other than the first two weeks, the rest of the plandemic was spent laughing at citycucks in other states dealing with totalitarian police state rule
>Black person
That's exactly why nobody told you to mask up.
There were white people assaulting employess because the employees suggested they mask up. Somehow the Black folk were the ones just going about their day with minimal issues.
Reminds me of a book quote...I'm sure you know which one.
3% of the population (Elves aged 13-33). 60% of non-familial violent assaults nationwide.
That random statistic doesn't mean much to me. Especially since you brought it up to cover for what I said about white dudes actually assaulting people because they were asked to wear masks. The difference between you and I is that I know people aren't shit, yet you just want to own those damn nig nogs at all cost.
Anyway, I'm happy my covid times weren't too dystopian. We manage to have both covid testing spots, and people who didn't really give a shit.
>cover
Just shut the frick up.
I don't know why you're so upset. Well, that's a lie, I do and its funny. I also like how you're not even trying to hide the fact that you're seething, you just are.
The West is burning and Black folk are twerking on the diseased ashes. Die.
If that can kill 'The West' then it deserves to die. And lots of people are twerking on the ashes. Sometimes a forest has to burn to ash to feed new growth.
Everyone deserves to die now. Cowards and wretches.
The only thing you care about is that deep down you know you've directly benefited from an unearned position of priority, and you're terrified that if that was taken away you'd be unable to justify your own existence against people who are superior to you in basically every way. Cry.
Die.
>trusting anyone who smiles into the camera like that regardless of race
Yeah race never has anything to do with it does it?
Oh no there's a black guy who did something wrong.
Now find seven equivalent stories of a white guy doing the same thing.
Bias is a hell of a drug.
Frick off.
>Guy 1: Covid wasnt bad where I lived
>(You): Oh yeah!? Here's two black guys fighting!
Anon, why are you gay?
I hate Black folk. Online, off, anywhere.
You've never even spoken to a black person, you just sit in your log cabin and jerk off onto pictures of guns that you'd be too scared to fire. If you ever got into a fight you'd piss yourself.
that's just funny
Remember when during Futurama's first reboot they were making episodes about iPhones and Susan Boyle?
The best one will always be
>lock yourself indoors and don't interact with anyone unless you're going to protest the death of some violent tard then it suddenly won't spread
it took like two weeks for doctors to say "yeah going outside in an environment where you're not directly breathing in everybody else's breath is safer than being indoors with the same amount of people" moron
Don't forget:
>shitloads of studies for decades unanimously show that vitamin D, C and Zinc all help with viruses, 100% no question
>people get their vitamin D from the sun, mostly
>literally not a single TV doctor across all the entire COVID pandemic suggests upping C, D or Zinc intake or supplements, or going outside to get some sunlight, even though that would've helped massively
>quercetin, HCQ and Ivermectin (and kinda quinine) are all known for decades to be safe for people and have been used quite a lot in a lot of countries
>suddenly they're all huge no-nos, not just for COVID but for human consumption at all, even pulling the human-advertised versions from pharmacies and store shelves, even the internet
>news media gets all giddy about the old couple that drank fishtank cleaner "chloroquine phosphate", using it to dump on HCQ and Drumfaph despite being unrelated
>news media gets all giddy about the old couple that drank fishtank cleaner "chloroquine phosphate", using it to dump on HCQ and Drumfaph despite being unrelated
Don't forget that was actually a case of the wife murdering her husband and blaming le drumph.
Don't forget articles being retroactively editted to claim Ivermectin was only ever a horse dewormer.
I think my personal favorite was
>All these world famous right wing talk show hosts are dying in hospitals while begging for vaccines
>Except no one has ever heard of any of these talk show hosts
>Supposedly one was in my city and was the number 1 listened to radio channel locally
>Except said talk show host doesn't exist outside of those specific articles apparently, no one I asked had any idea who the hell he was, and the station he supposedly worked for doesn't actually exist.
take your meds, anon. I very much doubt they're inventing people, it sounds more like you're suffering from paranoid schizophrenia. You asking two people if they knew who some guy was and them shrugging because they, personally, do not listen to the radio does not then equal Da Gubbermint inventing whole new people out of nothing to perpetuate some grand conspiracy. You need help. It's okay to need help.
>it came from China
>no it didn't
>who really knows these days, haha
>govt people go to games and such without masks
>don't worry about it, they're fully vaxxed
>even if you're vaxxed, wear a mask
>put a mask on when you head to your table, please
>all masks work, just wear one
>no wait, just the n95 ones
>no wait they all do
>magnetic jabs aren't real chud
>ignore all those times various metals tainted the batches
>that wasn't THAT widespread
>well I guess it was, but who cares, take the jab!
>ignore those Youtubers vaping through their masks, it's CGI
>mask up you nasty drumpthgsgpoies!!!
>BLM protests aren't superspreader events, bigot!
>[other protest] is a superspreader event, arrest them all!
>all masks work, even bandanas
>we're doing studies on the efficacy of masks, just hold on a mome-
>watch out for Monkeypox, it's SUPER DEADLY vaxvaxvaxvax
>what do you mean Monkeypox is harmless and only being caught by gay dudes, their adopted sons and their male pets?
>uhh sweetie, it's Mpox now because the word "monkey" is racist
>what the frick's an Mpox?
>wear your n95 masks please
>vaxxed people can't spread the virus, bigot
>double layer your masks
>Biden didn't catch it a fourth time, he's uh, it's just a cold, haha
>oh shit, new variant!
>oh shit, new variant!
>oh shit, new variant!
>oh shit, new variant!
>just kidding, the virus is over. If you cough, it's the cold, haha, nothing else, haha
>new variants? What's that?
>[distant Pfizer vax radio ads a month afterward begging people to keep getting the jabs]
Just let me know when the new season gets their one great episode and I'll watch that, I can't stand the initial wave of shit memes and references every revival season gets at the beginning.
Might rewatch the OG seasons again some time soon though, god-tier show outside of some hiccups.
You sound like a psychopath
You too.
Why?
he wrote like 40 quotes.
How in the beginning, left leaning morons reee’d about normal people going to the beach until they realized nobody gave a frick and then suddenly it stopped being a problem because they wanted to go too
It's always funny seeing gaijins treat a mask like it's a deadly torture device. It's more of a hat or shades for Asians in that it's a common place facewear to protect our noses from dust when we walk along the road especially on hot summer days. Whether we we're required to wear one or not it we literally didn't give a shit.
it's just the americans
It's not the mask, it's the tyranny.
>don't cough on people when you're sick
>OPRESSION
I swear the US healthcare system is paying the news to keep you lot moronic so they stay profitable by spreading diseases and shit.
People were arrested for being alone outside.
Cops strangled people in public for being anti-mask / vax
Australia btw
this just shows that cops will find any excuse to strangle somebody kek
Based cop.
"WHUS ALL THIS THEN?!?! WHU FUR NAT WEARIN A MASK??!?! FOR A MASK?!?!?!?"
Apparently so, kek
australia in particular seemed pretty ridiculous, like finding people in the outback and arresting them and shit
australia in general seems fricking awful between their laws and the prices of everything
People forget they literally killed Dundee for not turning in all his guns.
Of course he was choking her. If she can't breathe she can't expell virus particles. He was just saving the public from this disease spreading moron. Good job aussie cop-kun.
the vaccine
These must be bot or fed posts because anon specifically listed facts about the vaccine. Or maybe it’s the fact you idiots are too brainwashed to be allowed to critically think
>listed facts about the vaccine
He did not do that and there are also several vaccines
>anon specifically listed
Don't lie you iphone filename samegay
Anon, Apple changed their iPhone naming scheme a long time ago….
and how the frick do you know that? checkmate
Because I have an iPhone like everyone else who isn’t a loser
loser
that can't be it, they're very clear that you need a booster for all the new variants
yes, there were no new variants
yes, no variants exist
I did not say that
138079388
@everyone suck my fat peenus
>The same vaccine that most of the human population didn’t take?
false
8 billion people on the planet and you believe that over 50% (4 billion) are fully vaccinated against Covid? Yes or No? Answer the question so I can confirm if you’re moronic or not
I already confirmed that you are an ignorant moron, I don't need to answer that stupid question
Ok you are brainwashed and moronic. Thanks for playing
cope
Are we going to discuss this with the anti-vaccine nuts for the rest of our lives? Why do they say they were right? They don't have anything better to do?
no Futurama discussion to be found here, folks
Oh so now we’re playing another game of “troony janny removed and bans posts he doesn’t like”
Why do you do it for free if you have so little power?
schizo guy went full blown moron with all of these replies living inside rent-free.
Kek
>Fact: Covid didn’t go anywhere yet the world still went back to normal
>B-But the vaccine!
>Doesn’t prevent you from catching or transmitting covid
>Statistically most of the world isn’t fully vaccinated
>Literally nothing changed between now and last year yet nobody wears masks anymore
Kek
>Doesn’t prevent you from catching or transmitting covid
false
>Statistically most of the world isn’t fully vaccinated
cope
There are people who are reading this very forum right now who are vacccinated and still caught Covid. Stop spreading misinformation.
Well I'm fully vaccinated and never got COVID. And I wore a mask when mandated to, and stopped when no longer mandated to. Seems like listening to the experts did me pretty alright.
That did not happen to me, you are the liar
It happened to me so I say you’re lying
and you survived thanks to the vaccine.
People survived Covid before the vaccine so what do you make of that?
Also you just admitted you can catch and transmit Covid while being vaccinated like the experts said
>People survived Covid before the vaccine so what do you make of that?
and people died from the covid
>lso you just admitted you can catch and transmit Covid while being vaccinated like the experts said
I don't admit any of that, I just told you what happened to me
>and people died from the covid
You’re the one who anon survived covid because the vax so how did I survive in unvaxxed?
> I don't admit any of that, I just told you what happened to me
Black person you literally admitted Anon caught Covid despite being vaxxed. You’re a bot
>You’re a bot
cope,I just said that the vaccine worked for me
>and people died from the covid
Ok but that’s not what the initial argument was about. Answer my question.
>I didn’t admit that
Im standing right here
The only thing I said is that the vaccine worked for me, it prevented me from catching the disease
It did not and the science says it doesn’t
Yes, but it is not the only function of the vaccine. It also gives you a better chance of survival.I'm sorry you got sick, seriously.
I hope you get killed. I hope it hurts.
it doesnt prevent you ffrom catching or transmitting covid you fricking moron. it just lessens the symptoms so you dont die from it.
>the vaccines are totally effective everyone needs it to live
>wait they are mostly effective
>wait they only kind of work and you need booster shots
>wait they dont stop you from getting sick and dont stop you from spreading it but you still need it anyways
>omg new variants get the boosters
>lets photoshop a picture of joe rogan to have grey skin to shit talk ivermectin despite it being in use on humans for decades and winning awards
I literally don't know how it could get more comical than this. This is like an actual Futurama joke.
>Cinemaphile - Comics & Cartoons
>Thread quickly becomes covid schzioposting
>show quickly becomes covid schizoposting
I don't think the screenshot was even real
i can't believe how many people are buying the meme and legitimately think they brought the show back yet again with years-out-of-date jokes
Just goes to show how much enthusiasm there is for the revival that no one knew if it came out or not.
i mean the jokes kind of show exactly why it shouldn't come back, if it did, it would be horrifically out-of-touch.
If only we could have had mcdonalds go under.
>got covid
>didnt take horse pills or vax
>came out fine after a week
I honestly think the world at large overreacted just a tad
While I know it has been mocked to death.
The toilet paper shortages
It was at that time I knew we weren't going to make it as a country.
>dont do the research yourself!
>trust the science!
i liked when they said that whem travelling by car one should open two windows diagonal from eachother to prevent spread between passengers.
When normies couldnt leave the house for a week and were going insane on twitter from lack of human contact and sex.
Lol yeah.
I still had to go into work the exact same as always.
At least with the lockdown there was 0 traffic for once.
Damn, can you imagine being stuck inside your house for days?
literally everything involving hospital staff and calling them heroes while making twerking videos
Peak clownworld.
What's the point of having a show take place a millennia later if they're going to reference current shit?
DID YOU KNOW THE SHOW BLATANTLY STRAWMANS ONE POLITICAL VIEW CONSTANTLY? AND THAT CHARACTERS DRINK AND SMOKE WITH THE OCCASIONAL HARD DRUG REFERENCE? THAT'S THE CRITERIA FOR WHAT MAKES AN ADULT CARTOON OVER A CHILD'S ONE, OTHERWISE THEY WOULD BE ONE AND THE SAME!
PICKLE-ZINGA!
Celebs realized they were getting fricked over and they showed how out of touch they are and they did as much as they could to try to force themselves to be relevant
Wait it's already out? Has anybody watched all of it yet
>5G towers causing covid symptoms
>Twerking nurses
>Fashionable masks
>Celebs allowing us to eat cake
>Curfews
>Guilt-tripping and emotional blackmail
>Zoom
>All the unsold food that had to be destroyed
>Pregnancy tests sold as covid tests
>Fake cures
>China stealing our supplies
The best part of covid, apart from laughing at the brainwashed masses believing it all, was the memes.
Swap the twerking chick and Breen's places, and this picture would be perfect.
Make Breen the twerking chick, and I'd consider the picture acceptable.
Twerking ass-to-ass She-Hulk-style with the chick would be GOAT
Who's the chick
Wait, Futurama returned?
No, it's a meme, people are just photoshopping screenshots and pretending it came back.
Did I miss something with Covid-19 as of late?
No, the joke is to photoshop old Futurama scenes into looking like it came back and is super out of touch, I hate to break kayfabe but people should know that it's just a meme, even if it's a fun one. It's like Goncharov. At least people should know that Groening would never let his darling baby be this out-of-touch.
I see. Not that I really care at this point. I just got over Covid about a month ago anyway.
Fry sounded kinda rough in the trailer.
At least one of the people you responded to hasn't taken it either moron
1. very attractive which gives me higher natural immunity
2. god protects me
9/11
Never took the clot shot, never lost my job, never had to mask up, never took shoved a q-tip up my nose.
I don't feel bad to the sheep who fell for the suicide shot.
They already did an episode like this when Fry reintroduced the common cold to the city.
>Futurama Revived AGAIN
Disenchantment proved the creative well in Matt Groening has run dry
