Eren was buried next to a tree in the top of a hill, that tree stood there for a long ass time and after paradise was bombed (by literal modern day Jets btw) the tree suddenly grew impossibly tall and became just like the tree ymir fell in thousands of years ago. We don't directly see the titans come back but a random kid with a dog finds the tree and i guess that is an implication that the kid is going to fall in.
