Obviously racists will sometimes agree with racist dialogue. And insane people are going to agree with the insane serial killer dialogue. That doesn't mean hiding the dialogue is a good approach. Good writing can make it clear a character is loathsome without spelling it out. Actually loathsome people agreeing with the character shouldn't be a reason to not depict loathsome characters.
