You don't. Every show leads a constant low-bar character who is resentful of the world, presumptive, egotistical, and infuriating in order to make everyone else look sane while pretending she's a better human being.
Lisa Simpson is needed because she is no one's favorite Simpson character, and for those that say they like her, it's only to agree with her judgmental condemnation of other people.
There is another reason that people like Lisa Simpson, and you know it.
She was fine in classic Simpsons. Every character is shit in zombie Simpsons. Focusing on a certain character is missing the forest for the trees.
