It basically was supposed to be a parallel to Legoshi and Haru if they had offspring. The last big bad of the Comic was a bastard child of a predator and herbivore and it left it feeling like a monster. Looking more like a herbivore but with a craving for meat and blood, he would pretend to be a good psychologist in the day and then kill and ate people at night. Something akin to Hannibal Lecter.
