As the flash, you round up speedsters and convince them to give up their powers or join you. But be warned, doing so makes boss fights with villains harder! Once you beat the Flash campaign, you unlock the custom civilian / villain mode where you try to steal enough speed force to become the new flash. You then defeat Tharn and laugh before the rest of the JL (including Wally) team up to defeat you and repower the flash (if alive) or turn Wally into the new fully powered flash.
Hire the Sanicball dev on the condition that he reuses the exact same codebase and just alters the characters and stages to match existing DC intellectual properties.
Make his super speed work as time stop and make it an adventure game where you have to stop disasters and villains by figuring out the best way to rescue as many people as possible in each mission.
A momentum-based platformer like Sonic, but with bullet-time so you can actually see where the frick you are going.
Also make the world like a Mario level: one giant open-world playground of things and ramps to jump off of without any levels.
There have been scrapped projects but the basic mechanics have been used in similar games. Prototype and Saints Row have both had open world maps with fast characters running through the streets. >Story: Captain Cold, Turtle, and Gorilla Grodd have banded together and have taken over Central City. The main goal is that the players has a feeling of constant motion and good sense of speed that test their reflexes in a fun and reasonably fair way.
Rather than micro transactions being the thing that pays for it it can instead be crammed full of ads for dc stuff, like actually advertising the comics to kids, or whatever movie is coming out.
Give him a metabolism bar for balance
